This hotel is in a great location.

Close to downtown Hollywood. Staff was not friendly, rooms were not 3 star, hotel was a little dirty. If this hotel was rated correctly (2 stars) I would have liked it. The room was dirty, the staff unfriendly. Adding a few nice Hollywood pictures to the lobby was a nice touch, but could not make up for the negative vibe.

The Hollywood Heights Hotel was a pleasant experience. It's a 5-minute walk from Hollywood & Highland. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and linens were high-quality - down comforter and all! The staff is super friendly, and the rooms are clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The down-side is that parking is $20 per day (self-parking), and $22 per day (valet). This seems ridiculous. I know LA likes to charge for hotel parking, but it should have been $15 max.

Location was great and staff very friendly. Didnot like paying $20 for parking! Friendly staff, great location - close to everything. Rooms were clean, but coffee maker was broken. Did not like paying to park in the hotel parking lot, thought it was ridiculous. Jacuzzi was very dirty, loaded with dirty foam!

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee in the restaurant. There were no refrigerators or balconies or smoking areas. I would stay here again. I would also refer friends and family. Great location. Nice clean and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Location. $20/day parking charge. The hotel had a 60s sort of feel, but had not been perfectly maintained over the years. The elevators were worn and had not recently been vacuumed. The public spaces were relatively small and corridors seemed dingy and dated. The room itself was clean and well maintained, though it had a lingering unpleasant hint of some air freshener. Staff were friendly and courteous. My room service hamburger was fresh and well prepared, though a little pricey at $14. I was reasonably satisfied with this property at the Priceline discount, but know I can do much better with some the chains for only a little more per night.

Its very closed to Hollywood attractions. Walking distance to Hollywood attractions. Excellent place to stay for visiting Hollywood.
