Holloway Farm B&BWe only stayed one night, but found the place lovely. The ONLY grumble we have is that some people were staying in the room above us and it sounded as if they were going to come through the roof. The flooring clearly needs attending to and sound insulating.

nice guest houseWe only stayed for one night, but on arrival i wished i'd booked for longer. Lovely little guest house, nice and friendly. Very convenient for motorway(M40). We stayed for silverstone weekend and it only took us about 20 minutes to get there from the guest house. I would definitely return to this guest house, but i would book for more nights next time.

Excellent standard of B&B, will definitely stay again. Superb value for money and ideal location for the motorway.

Nice but new and noisyYou imagine an idyllic farm. Instead it is a pleasant new building. The room was large and pleasant but every step upstairs could be clearly heard and even felt. When kids ran around it was deafeing - which they did till midnight. People are nice and the jams excellent

Great bed and breakfastI recommend this b and b very highly. The room was very comfortable, the free wi-fi really useful and the owner helpful. This is how all b and bs should be.

Adequate and clean accommodationThere appears to be very flimsy sound proofing between our room and the room above, we could hear every footstep from the room above.

Good valueWe booked a last minute room at the Holloway Farm House as we were looking for somewhere close to Oxford without paying an extortionate amount. Was a bit unsure what to expect as the B&B is located next to the service station on the M40 but pleasantly surprised as the room was very spacious and very well sound proofed from the traffic. Probably about as far out of Oxford as I would stay for visiting but would highly reccommend staying here rather than at the dull motorway service chains.

ExcellentI was a bit worried about it being noisy so close to the M40 , however the trees screened it and double glazing worked fine. Large room very clean and comfortable, I could not fault it. They only offer continental breakfast which I declined, I would have had an English!!

The Holloway Farm House is a really nice place to stay for a trip to Oxford. The room was nice but some improvements needs to be made on the cleaning of the rooms in some places. Nothing bad just few things that an hotel and catering worker will check and see right away.

Nice for stop overConvenient for my purpose, very close to M40 and good if a business traveller, checkin limited to 5pm onwards due to owner working and this would have been fine had my meeting not been cancelled but all in all a pleasant stay.

Good value for moneyI found the Holloway ideal for my requirements. I was away on a course and needed to study 3 hours a night. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean with a large desk to work at. i would recommend others to stay here. The shower is great.

The room itself was very clean and well presented, however there was no hot water!!!! I tried to have a shower in the evening. I left the water running for a good 5 minutes and it was still cold. the same thing happened in the morning. I feel the checkout time was very early, we asked for a later time but this was not possible as the owner had to go to work. I was however aware of the checkout time when i booked so cant really complain about that.

Excellent location and very easy to find. Great customer service with friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room, clean & tidy. Modern decor and highly comfortable. Free internet & TV a definite bonus. Didn't stay for breakfast so cannot comment but a continental was offered. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend to others.

Large room with everything I needed such as en suite, TV, tea/coffee and free wireless Internet connection. As it's a new buiding eveything inside is new too, so in tip top condition. Light breakfast was exactly what I was looking for and there was a good variety. Conveniently placed for the M40.

Excellent value for money, a private homely and comfortable modern big bedroom in a big farm house tucked discretely away from the M40 and the M40 services at Oxford. I think it says it all when the owner of the hotel goes out of his way and gives you a lift into Oxford for a business dinner because there are no taxis available at short notice so close to Xmas. What better and more friendly service could you want?!!.. the price of the room? .. All for less than you would pay in a Travel Lodge too. I was away early the next morning and didn't take breakfast, but the aroma of fresh cooked breakfast was tempting to stay. J Buck
