Holiday Villas is a great place for families to stay. The three room villa was huge and it is like being in your own home. They supply pretty much anything you need even dish soap, detergent, etc. The pool was great, heated and there was even a hot tub.....I would recommend to anyone!!!

It was very very nice very clean has everything you need right there.The only problem we had is I left my wallet in the room we stayed in and when we called to inform them that it was left there they say it was not there and I'm 100% positive that is were it was left.

As mentioned earlier, the pictures and location are NOT where you are staying. They have 4 properties. We checked in at 1am and then got to drive to another location. Also, please understand that these are private condos that are rented as vacation stay locations, so your stay from time to time may vary. We stayed at the Villas at Somerset. Older condo, but clean. A bit of mold in the bathrooms, but it's Florida after all. The security chain was just hanging by a few threads of the screws, and had been rethreaded before. But we really enjoyed the bedrooms, and bathrooms, living area, 6 person kitchen table, as well as a washer and dryer to take clothes back home clean or just dry them out after a Florida cloudburst. Not a bad stay, but far from glamorous.

Please be advised that eventhough my reservation was up on July 8th, I left early from the premises due to the various reasons: ? 1.The throw blankets were smelly, dirty and had wholes in them 2. Their were geicos crawling on the wall, made 2 calls to maintenance to get them out of the living courters 3. Their were baby frogs jumping in the apartment 4. The quilts on the beds smelled 5. The couch had holes in the fabric 6. They say they offer hot dogs, sandwiches etc at the pool office area, when I ordered 2 hot dogs for my sons, they put them in the microwave to cook them.? This is completely unacceptable. These living conditions were completely unacceptable for my children and I to live in.? It took me two days two to find availability at another hotel and then I checked out.? I could not contact the main office due to a telephone line failure in the area (due to severe thunderstorms the earlier evening).? When I spoke to the crew that works on the premises on the facility to tell me where the main office was located they told me they didn't know where the main offices had relocated to and just told me to leave the key in the room and I did. When I arrived at the airport on Friday, June 29, the bus company was there to pick me up, they went to check me in at the office which was given in the internet but unfortunately they weren't at that location, they moved. I would like these issues addressed with their management, because I refuse to be responsible in paying for such living quarters.

My husband and I satyed here for two nights with my daughter, son in law and baby grandson. We were meeting family from out of town for a reunion. I have booked many condo's online and always been very pleased. The online picture was either a complete fabrication or 10 years old. The unit was dirty and the staff very infriendly.

This condo was even nicer than the pictures displayed online. It was well decorated and very clean, despite the reasonable nightly rate. (We all remarked that we could easily live there!) The pool was not overcrowded with kids, though there was plenty there to keep them occupied. The front desk help was friendly and even offered us an upgrade free of charge. The location was convenient to many attractions, but kept us out of the Orlando traffic. We would definitely stay there again!

The travel website advertises the pictures and descriptions from their newer townhomes combined with the prices of their outdated, uncomfortable villas over 2 miles away. When we arrived, we were literally sent over 2 miles to our villa. Unfortunately, the keys didn't work and with no onsite office, we tracked down a handyman who drove back to retrieve our keys. Once in, the room had a broken tile loose, outdated carpet, sofas, cabinetry and the cheapest beds imaginable. Travel website worked out a $20 upgrade that was charged to travel website. After viewing the room and approving it, they promptly charged my card the full $46 upgrade fee. The excuse given to travel website was that I demanded a townhome, not a 3 room villa (not true). While the interior was upgraded we found that the dishwasher was unsecured, the towel rack in the bathroom broken and had a pulsating buzz in the bedroom wall all night long. Upon checkout, I asked to speak with a manager. After keeping me waiting, the manager listened to my concerns. I received no apologies, no compromises, no concessions and certainly no "upgrade" refund. While the accomodations we were given were far inferior to those advertised the more disappointing thing was the lack of customer service by the staff. The pictures you see and the description of the accomodations are not what you'll get. I would never recommend anyone stay here and will never stay here again.

The villa was very nice and clean. Everyone was helpful. My only downfalls were that the beds were horrible and when we checked in at the place we thought we were staying we found out we had to drive 4-5 miles to abother location that wasnt even called holiday villas . It was confusing and frustrating when you have little ones ready to get out of the car and are told to go somewere else. It was still a nice place.

The room was very confortable and was close to all of the parks including disney. we were only about 15 to 20 minutes from disney. also only 15 minutes from sea world and 20 minutes from universal. they have a shuttle that will take you to disney that runs several times in the morning and return several times in the evening that is free to ride.

We stayed there only a couple of days but felt like we were at home. The resort is sort of hard to find but once you have been there once its not hard to get around. The staff on duty, when we checked in, was very pleasant and just as helpful. It took us a bit tofind the room as it is a couple of miles away from the check-in. Keep in mind that you have to pay attention to which village you are assigned to as there are several of them. We had stayed in the Laguna Bay village which was very nice. We had booked a two bedroom apartment but when we arrived it was a three bedroom ( nice unexpected upgade) The unit was very clean and was stocked with everthing needed as if you were at home. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the suite. We were immediately bumped from a two bedroom to a three bedroom upon our arrival for just 5 per night. This helped as my sister and her daughter were meeting us there just for the weekend so they did not have to shell out for a separate hotel. I was surprised however that where you check in off of Polynesian Isle is not where we stayed (that is for townhome reservations). We had to go back onto192E, make a right a short distance later (at the Perkins Restaurant) and proceed to the development which is a little ways off the main highway. A plus to that was it was right next to a police/fire station. The suite was clean and spacious, we had a full kitchen which saved us on eating out all the time (Publix is down 192E to the right). The furniture was outdated and visibly worn but comfortable. They do offer a shuttle to the parks but we opted to drive the short distance and pay the extra parking fees. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I would recommend for any family vacation as an affordable, comfortable, roomy hotel.

The Holliday Villas gave us a sense of being right at home. We were very pleased with the privacy and comfort of it. We didn't have the hassle of dealing with other families like you would have at the hotel which was great. It was very peaceful and relaxing. It was our home away from home. Close distance to Disney World and the Outlets.

Our stay at Holiday Villas provided a great weekend get-a-way. We were disappointed that we did not stay on sight, as all of our mapquest directions were from that location, but figured our way around town from the Villages at Somerset.. We did experience a problem when we were locked out of the apartment and our key did not work at midnight, with no cell phones, no phone numbers to the office (which I might add proclaimed to be opened 24/7),- no money, no keys to the car. We had simply stepped outside with key in hand and found out that key did not work. There is no security at the Villages at Somerset, no phone to the main office - nothing. I walked around the complex until I heard a television on and stopped used a strange gentlemen's phone and called 911. The Sheriff's Deputy arrived, he looked up the office number and I called to get a replacement key. I was informed I needed to get back over to the office and pick it up. No car keys, no money, no cell phones no nothing and I was suppose to get back over to the office to pick up a key. The police officer was nice enough to drive over to the main office, get a new key and stayed at the complex until he was sure the key would work. Additionally, there was no check out instructions and we just guessed on the procedure. The apartment was clean and lovely. A little disappointed in the customer service in the middle of the night when unable to figure out to get some help without calling the police.

My friend and I booked condos that were located above one another. We had a party of 12 people total. Having lots of space for grown ups and kids made our trip so much more enjoyable. Being able to cook in the rooms was perfect!! The kitchens were well equipped with everything we needed from toasters to bottle openers. If you can live with the 80's look, then you'll be fine. We were completely satisfied with our stay.

There is only one thing I can say against our family's stay at Holiday Villas in Kissimmee, Florida. You have to pay for computer usage to print out your boarding passes for your flights or check your e-mail, etc. I understand that they would want to charge you for use of their printer, etc., that costs $$, however, that should be included in the cost of the stay. Other than that...I couldn't be happier with the entire place. Very clean, well kept - home away from home.

The Hotel was excellent and conviencely located, it is like staying in your own house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, spacious, and a great place to stay if you have pet(s) and very well maintained.

This is the second time we have stayed at Holiday villa's, it is very family friendly and not far from the Disney parks and restaurants. The condo was very roomy and comfortable.The Club house is very nice, we were only there for a few days and we purchased everything we needed from the club house, such as snacks, breakfast items, bottled water for the parks,it was really nice, they also have a great pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and beach volly ball...The price is a great value if you are traveling with a family of 4 or more.

Reserved room online, had requested handicap accessible unit in the new Lacaya Village and a grocery pack. Check in was a nightmare. Unit received was a second floor of an older set of villas and no grocery pack. Manager moved us to a first floor unit in an even older set of villas complete with large cockroaches. No kiddie pool. My grandson (4) couldn't walk in the shallow end of the pool.The noise from the pond directly behind the unit kept us awake at night as well as the screeching from all the stray cats that gathered in our front entry. Grocery pack was not the one I had selected and certainly not worth it.The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower rod fell on my daughter's head. The showers were not handicap accessible, had difficulty getting in and out. On checkout day a staff person rang my doorbell at 9am wanting to know what time I would be leaving. On the plus side it was close to everything we needed and places we visited.

When I first saw the pictures for this hotel I was not convinced but after arriving at our 3 bed apartment, I was SUPER impressed. Their pictures should be updated. Stayed with the family and everything was nice and quite. I am super happy and will be back!
