The Holiday Villa was very comfortable. The room was more spacious than the usual hotel. The internet access was amazing as well as the cable. While I used the room mainly to sleep, it is a great business hotel for those who need access to internet and want cable television. The bathroom facilities were in great shape. The location is safe and in a nice part of the city. I would recommend this hotel ten times over. A great free breakfast buffet definitely helped my stay too.

I am very pleased with the services rendered by the Hotel, ranging from arranging pick up from the airport and providing valuable information and assistance to move around Phnom Penh. Special thanks to Hotel staff Mr.[W...] for his assistance in making our family visit to Phnom Penh a memorable one. We will definately choose Holiday Villa Hotel Phnom Penh again if we visit Phnom Penh in future.

I had on of the corner suites with balcony. Very spacious and well decorated. Balcony large, but a bit grimy, still meant it was easy to get some fresh air. Location a bit out of the way, but transport is cheap. The Khmer fish soup in the restaurant is excellent by the way.

It is quite an average hotel with average facilities. Value for money. Near the central market so you can get there first thing in the morning. Good as a business hotel.
