We stayed here for a total of 6 nights, we booked directly through the hotel's website and got a special- the 5th night was free. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful to us, the pool was beautiful and well maintained, the set up was a bit hard to follow, but looked nice, and the rooms were ok. Pretty big and they (thankfully!) had good airconditioners. We didn't like some of the other guests staying there, but that's just our luck I guess. Apart from that it was what we expected for what we paid.

We actually cut our trip short and left 2 days early because I was grossed out by the dirty rooms. Also we were suppose to have rooms next to our children and they weren't. I felt gross and unsafe there are shady characters roaming around like they have weekly rates!

Hotel is run down and badly in need of room maintenance. It was a running joke through our stay. Hotel personnel were very nice, but no amount of personability could overcome the beat up rooms. The excercise room was in a shambles and none of the equipment was in working order. The Denny's attached to the hotel was fine and the food was good.

!st room the A/C leaked onto the floor and standing water in carpet under room unit. Smelled like an old tennis shoe. 2nd room no A/C - HOT 3rd room/3rd night finally got a room with an A/C that worked.

I loved staying in this hotel. The rooms where very nice and the lanscaping isbeautiful and relaxing. Great value.

The pictures are not quite what I saw when I got there. I think the pictures need to be updated. The paint on the bathtub and the toilet seat covers was chipped and coming off. If they can't afford a new toilet seat cover and paint, I wonder what else they are skimping on. The towels were tiny and there were only a couple of them. The room was supposed to be a deluxe suite and there was absolutely nothing deluxe or suite about it. Made me feel like I was in a motel. Will not be going there again. Was not worth the money.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The price was cheap, but it was very run down. I'll never stay here again.

I was on a short business trip and I wanted to stay close to Fort Lauderdale airport. The hotel is close to Fort Lauderdale attractions also. My room was decent. Clean linens and no noise to complain about.

Good customer service but not clean at all. Towels were scratchy and there was a roach in the bathtub. Not ideal for a romantic getaway but will work if you're just trying to find a cheap place to spend the night. The Denny's is right next door and that's about it. Beach is still a few miles away.

The Holiday Park Motel was good for the location, you just jump on the Tri-rail and you can be in Miami with no traffic hassels. They have a poolside bar that was enjoyable and a breakfast buffet. No micros or refrigators unless you pay extra. I was there for work so it fir my needs.

spent 5 minutes there. had to pay for 1 night to cancel. went 1 mile east and stayed at hampton inn. really nice place. * a nite. worth every penny. Online travel website should not even offer holiday park hotel.

New plumbing system and new carpet are the must.

We were here one night and that was too long. There were poorly repaired and unpainted holes in the wall. The tub was rusty. The furniture was chipped and peeling. The towels were gray rags that used to be white rags. The occupants of the nearby rooms were loud and unruly. I was unwilling to leave my room to see if the free drink was still available. The bar closes at 10:00 or whenever they feel like.

The hotel was easy to find...the rooms were comfortable...Loved the pool and the layout of the Hotel... For the price it was great.. I'd stay again.. and sometime in the future.. I will

The worst hotel I have ever been book into. The room was outdated, dirty, and smelly. The bed cover looked to have been used without cleaning for the duration of it?s life. I didn?t stay long enough to see under the bed cover. We checked in on 10/01/2008 abd checked out an hour later although I had to put Oct 2.

Tho I wish their internet service were better (wireless is only available in the small lobby), the hotel is one of easiest on the budget, especially for being within a mile of Deerfield Beach.

Smelly dirty rooms. Long term guests staying and noisy all night. no internet in the room or phone for that matter exercise room was not air conditioned and equipment was all broken and unsafe. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for twice the price you wont regret it. I spent 12 days in hell as I prepaid online. NEVER AGAIN

The Holiday Park Hotel & Suites, DEERFIELD BEACH, FL was about 15min away from downtown Fort Lauderdal. It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. The room was large including a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes. The free wireless connection is another plus. I enjoyed stay there when I first chose the hotel last year. Now I decided to stay there everytime I visting Fort Lauderdal.

the hotel was dirty, old and there is an active train that comes thru quite frequently with an active horn. I would not recommend this hotel to my worses enemy!

Everything was very nice except for the beds they were way to small. It was very uncomfortable fitting to adults in one bed.
