Once checked in and went to the room found out this wasn't the room I requested on Orbitz. Requested King Suite and ended up one Queen bed and roll out bed. Hotel took care of us and next two nights had double Queen beds and fridgerator that we requested.

Rooms were quiet for being located on a major road. Mattress led to some backaches the next morning. Larger size room that was quiet. Staff forgot to leave shampoo, soap etc. but the staff had ready for us at the front desk. Conveniently located off the highway with many establishments to choose from to eat at.

The Holiday Inn in Boardman OH was a very nice place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and provided a nice deck and work station. The rest of the facility, pool, fitness center, etc, was clean and easy to use. The restaurant was convenient and offered good food. It is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, movie theater, and shopping.

Quick check in and room was clean. It is almost impossible to turn left out of the hotel to get onto the main street. Hotel was nice and affordable for business travelers. I will definitely stay there again.

Full size thick towels and updated andclean room. Nothing. Newer looking. (Updated room and bathroom). Very clean with no stains, etc, on carpet. Towels were nicer than usual hotel-fare. They had complimentary toothbrush for my son who had forgotten his.

Location and amenities. Staff was reluctant to tell us about local restaurants when we asked for suggestions. Very nice hotel. Easy to find. An excellent experience. We managed to find many places to eat nearby without the staff's cooperation. I think they didn't want to recommend any restaurant nearby because the hotel had its own.

Clean room. Heater was broke and they did nothing about it. Ok better if heater in room was fixed and they would have given us a room at the end of the hallway instead of right by the elevator-noisy.

The rooms were immaculate and so nice! It was better than I ever guessed it would be. The worker at the front desk was not very friendly, but was not rude. I was so happy with my experience at this hotel. I had no idea what to expect, but it ended up being the best hotel during our whole weeks vacation. It is very clean and beautifully decorated in the lobby. The room was very clean and the linens in the beds were fresh and were obviously very clean. I have written this hotel down as one we will stay in anytime we need to travel through the area.
