This is the perfect spot to leave your car when you are flying out of Albany.

Convenient location. Room not real clean, foul odor from air conditioning. Nice enough except for the smell coming from the air conditioning. Very unpleasant, like raw sewage. Previous guest left a few hairs in the tub. Totally bad.

Made reservation under CLC card. Gave Business name. Upon arrival a copy was made of "CLC". Checked bill upon check out. After receiving AmEX bill additional $307.50 was applied. Was not given CLC rate. Holiday Inn refuses to adjust bill according to CLC guidelines. Said this was not their billing error????

This was a wonderful place to relax before a long trip. The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was cozy. The ONLY small thing I didn't like was the window did not view the outdoors, but rather the hallway. So you really couldn't let in any natural sunlight unless you wanted to have everyone see into your room as they walked by.

Unusual architectural design. Some rooms had windows facing into a corridor.

I stayed here on business and enjoyed the hotel. As it happened, it was a muggy, very hot day - but the air conditioning inside was just right. There are swimming pools indoors and outdoors - I didn't try the indoor one, although it looked fine. I went in the outdoor pool, and it was quite nice. I ordered a sandwich from room service at around 3 in the afternoon. At that hour, they probably don't have a lot of activity in the kitchen. So I wasn't surprised that it took a little while for the food to arrive - maybe 10 or 15 minutes at the most. What was surprising is that the chef delivered the food to my room himself, apologized profusely for the delay, and said my order was on the house - he wouldn't even accept a tip! Overall, great service, clean rooms, good price - I will definitely stay here again.

I wish the swiming pool should have open earlier and closed late. Did not get a chance for swiming.

Location was good. Room was located next to a door, and the hall noises were very loud in the room.

Great hotel / accomodations for the money. The hotel itself was very nice and the room was modern and clean. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The Holiday Inn was a comforting stay. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and was shuttled to the airport and picked up on our return with no problems. On our return, we stayed the evening and returned home the following day.

Location. Stale malodorous room; mold in tub/shower. 2 distinct hotels in this location. Priceline customers receive theold / shabby/ odorous/ moldy rooms across from the pool. UN-Priceline customers receive new/renovated/ clean rooms in the tower.

I have read the reviews and I just had to respond to those Guests. This Hotel is great. It is very close to the Saratoga Area and you wont spend $* dollars a night like you would in Saratoga. Check In was a blast. The staff at the Hotel is overly Friendly and you can tell that they love their jobs. The Food in the Restaurant is over the top. Service in the Restaurant was a tad slow but the staff made up for it. My rooms were clean and well stocked. We had 4 rooms with 3 or 4 people (families) in each room. If I needed something, Linda was there in a heart beat taking care of my families needs. The bed and Pillows in the room were basic pillows. Of course some people will have problems with them because they are not your own. If every hotel catered to each persons individual needs by providing pick up of your personal pillows and the mattress off your bed, they would be out of business. To make a long story short, Holiday Inn on Wolf Road, you did a great job during our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you for taking care of us. You remember the guests that were chasing the kids in the lobby all weekend long, that was us.

It is a nice place and I have stayed there before and for a lot more money. I wouldn't expect to have gotten the deal I did. Nothing was to not like. It is a great place to stay. It has all the resources of an much more expensive place.

I had an interior room, which meant no natural light or fresh air. I was also forced to use the hotel phone because the metal structure interferes with cell phone coverage.

Right next to the Albany airport, did not sleep at all! Expect not to sleep, the roar of the airplanes shook. The rooms and kept us up most of the night.

Hotel Housekeeping were very nice and helpful. The hotel is dated smelled stale. Resturant service was very good.

The pool was fantastic. Room service was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was broken and the work out facilities are small and not all that well equipped, and there was no window in my room. Upon arrival, the manager saw thatI was exhausted and worked with me to find the perfect room. Some of the amenities offered that improved my stay included a fridge in my room, extra sink outside the bathroom, heated pool and sauna. The room service was prompt and my room was kept clean. The only real downside was that there were no windows in my room that peered outside. This was just a little disorienting. All and all, a very nice stay. I would stay here again.

"The room was nice but tiny. They had conditioner our, but not shampoo, then took a while to get it to us. No complementary breakfast included. Desk didn't volunteer out what was available (pool? fitness room? I still don't know for sure what was there). The computer room was packed when I wanted to use it. "

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hallways and lobby were the same. No WIFI. I always like going to this hotel. It's really nice and the pool is really nice. There are always weddings here and they host a lot of business conferences here so it always seem like there is something going on. And with the Grille and the Lounge right in the hotel you can have a nice dining and bar experience without actually leaving.
