Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice, clean rooms. Although it didn't provide a breakfast, there is an excellent restaurant in the hotel.

Clean and friendly. Nothing comes to mind. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Food at hotel was good and priced fairly. Rooms were clean and smelled good. I would stay there again.

I have stayed here twice and I was quite impressed both times. The rooms were clean and nicely arranged, with a lot of work space. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again, and I feel good about recommending it to friends and family.

I was pleasantly greeted upon arrival, and recognized immediately as a Priority Club Member! The Staff was very accomodating and I was treated with a great deal of respect and dignity. I was readily informed of all the ameniies the hotel had to offer, then given the keys to my room immediately. Our room was spacious, immaculate, furnished with the newest furniture and decor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had everything neded for a most enjoyable stay. Extra coffee was provided, along with luxurious tolietry articles. We so enjoyed our mini-vaction even though we were there on business. The restaurant was so convenient and our dinner was delicious! Highly recommended to all!!!!

I haven't lived in this city for 30 years, but the hotel's location made it easy for me to find every place I needed to go. This is not a luxury hotel, and is priced accordingly, so can't complain that it isn't posh. Front desk very helpful; housekeeping and room service staff very capable. My 10-year-old loved the vending machine next to the elevator bank.

Very friendly and courteous front desk staff. The room was small with very small bathroom. We had a wonderful overnight stay at this location. My teenage daughters enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools. The front desk staff answered all our questions in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. The location was very central and convenient for our plans. The only drawback was the size of the room, especially the bathroom. It was small.

The lobby looked great. Rooms in the courtyard by the pool need renovation. I had security locks falling off the wall, shower curtain and bathroom wallpaper coming down, lots of construction and noise.

Staff at front desk not helpful. Two elevators for hotel with nine floors; stairs were off limits. Took 30 minutes waiting for elevator. Staff did nothing to correct. Manager gave preferential treatment to a couple and let them use the stairs. Dining: food was great, but staff needs to take better care of guests. Drainage problem in room; made room smell like sulphur; hotel was totally booked, so nothing could be done for me. Couch had holes in the cushions. Been to several Holiday Inns and always enjoyed my stay. This one tarnished their reputation for me.

clean, keeped up well, nice and affordable restaurant. close to major roads, shopping, dinning and our family.

Restaurant. Parking, room, air condition, desk, business, hotel staff. Nice hotel going down fast. Staff is not knowledgeable about hotel, sent me to wrong parking area which led to a lot of problems. Room has window units, humid, desk is not usable. Grounds were messy, room smelled bad, but was clean.

My husband, 3 girls, and I stayed one night. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and the parking lot was well lit. The room was comfortable enough, but when I booked the room I thought it said there was a fridge and microwave in each room (there isn't). Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very tiny, and the toilet didn't flush very well. It is also all enclosed (no sink outside the bathroom) which made it difficult for us all to get ready (and or get changed out of wet swim suits). The pools are nice, the indoor was not crowded at all, but the temp was a little cold for August. The jacuzzi was too hot. The outdoor pool was small and there were more people there. Unfortunately you don't get even a continental breakfast because there is a restaurant/bar within walkind distance. It was very good but a bit pricey (we went for dinner.) The elevator ran smoothly, and our room being on the 5th floor we appreciated that. The only time we heard hall noise was when people were coming or going, otherwise it was very quiet. We really only stayed for the pool, and I'm not sure we would stay again for the price.

Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were bad. They opened out onto the street, and our room door's dead bolt did not work. The room appeared to have been broken into before. Noise from the traffic outside made it very difficult to sleep.

wonderful people and waitstaff at the joined restaraunt/lounge, it has almost anything you could ask for and wouldn't have to leave the hotel if you didn't want to!

Location, easy to get to. Nothing that the hotel can control but the construction on the road made exiting difficult. Comfortable beds. My only recommendation is that the bathroom doors open awkwardly close to toilet and bathtub. No wiggle room.

Day1 food left in drawers from previous guest. Day 2 room still not as clean as other Holiday Inns. Had to ask for towels, cups, etc to be replaced.

Professional and friendly service. This hotel was beyond my expectations in that it was more upscale in design and services.

we left after the first night, my wife was very disappointed.

The hotel was very clean. Staff could have been friendlier.

Comfortable bed andgood amenities. Very small and outdated bathroom. The lobby and people were great. The room was comfortable, but, for a business traveler there was inadequate light and a very small table to work on. The bathroom was outdated and very small.

Friendly staff. Room did not get cleaned. This hotel is kid friendly, feels safe and is clean. The pools is nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
