The only problem was that we had some trouble with the key cards about 3 times which was a lot and a little inconvenient.

We were very pleased with the staff made us feel very welcome. They gave us the Wilmington College rate which is really helpful and we will be coming back each time for the next four years.

They allowed me to extend my stay at the Priceline quote. 2 of the five days my room did not get cleaned. Surprised at the comfort for the money. I've paid way more for a flea bag hotel traveling through Georgia.

It is a very beautiful hotel. Location. There was a problem with the fire alarm while we were there. Took them about a half hour to fix it. Also the maid came by at 10:30 am and told us we needed to check out but check out is at noon. Over all it is a really nice hotel. The lobby is very beautiful. The rooms are nice and quite.

Staff wasvery efficient, helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff forgot to clean the coffee pot in our room. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Again the staff is wonderful. Beds comfortable, location safe. Restaurant good selections and tasty.

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! The room was immaculate. AC vent right outside our room made it very cold upon leaving the room. The hotel and restaurant were very accommodating even with our late arrival. We were made to feel very comfortable throughout our entire stay from the time we walked into the lobby until we checked out. All the toiletries were provided in the bathroom so we didn't have to take anything out except our clothes. The toilet paper was nice too. We loved the down pillows and comforter. The location was extremely convenient, as well. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting that area.

Right off the expressway, near Kings Island amusement park. Room coffee pot was dirty. Staff very friendly and helpful at front desk. Great restaurant in hotel. Pool area very nice. Kid friendly hotel. Comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Nothing. Stuck off the interstate between Columbus and Cincy. This place is an oasis if you want to unwind out of either city. Great staff good bar and food.

Staff was excellent! Distance from downtown Wilmington. Stayed overnight with three small children. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Exceptionally clean room, and very well appointed. Nicest hallways I've seen in a holiday inn. Awesome hotel, very friendly staff and service. Bed was very comfy and the rooms were very clean. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Luxurious lobby. Clerk didn't tell us key expired when we asked for extended checkout. We were delightfully surprised at how beautiful this holiday inn would be. The lobby is magnificent with beautiful furniture set up with several sitting areas and was about 4 stories tall; a treat for the eyes. Everything seemed very clean in the lobby, halls, elevator and rooms. We have never experienced such comfortable beds and pillows in a hotel! We were impressed with the bath & body works toiletries provided in the bathroom. The pool was very clean and warm! Jacuzzi was nice.
