Very friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Clean room with very comfortable beds. None. Most hotels advertise they offer a complimentary breakfast. This hotel offered one of the best free breakfast of any hotel I've stayed. The staff serving the breakfast were friendly, helpful and treated you like it was a 4 star restaurant.

Elevator smelled like Urine. Room: Did not have sleeper sofa as listed in room description Refregerator did not work Smoke alarm went off when heater turned on (heard it from 3 other rooms as well) Shower water pressure low and noisy Sink drain broken HVAC unit very noisyHoliday Inn is not what it used to be. Time to change brands.

Hotel was very close to the mall and a variety of resturants, and also located off of one of many highways that leads into downtown Houston which made it every nice to get around. Rooms were very clean and nice along with extremely comfortable beds compared to other hotels that i have stayed at.Would deffinetly recommend to anyone.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if we had to travel to the area again.

Close to home. Indoor pool for party. No fold out bed on the couch, remote to TV didn't work. We liked the room, but the pool was cold, I liked having my own room to sleep in. Just no fold out bed to rest myself. So, I slept between two chairs with my behind on a foot stool to keep from falling on the floor.

This is an older Holiday Inn; however, the bed was very comfortable. It's within a couple of miles from Willowbrook Mall. Indoor pool - but no where to tan (deck) - very friendly front desk personnel - free hot buffet breakfast - not a lot of choice, but no cost either.Overall a satisfactory stay.

I've done a lot of traveling, and this hotel far exceeded my expectations, they were terrific. Not anything really, excellent experience, might have more than 1 computer in because center would be nice. I actually was going to write the hotel manager/owner a letter to tell them how good my experience there was. I wound up staying 5 nights, and my trip was for a very personal stressful reason, and everyone at this hotel made me feel welcome and at home, the accommodations were spotless and the service exceptional.

Upon arrival, my family was pleasantly surprised at how much better than it looks. Quite updated and new. Rooms were nice and clean. definitely worth the * a night/room we paid for two rooms so we can attend a wedding next day. I got the ajoining room for my 2 daughter. The only complaint was in my girls room,that the A/C compressor was quite loud when it kicked in. But it was fine in our room. No sign of bed bugs on what is a very well supportive king/ queen size beds. Would definitely go back again some day if rates are in that price range.

The free breakfast is fantastic. The room is clean and renovated. Probably the only down side is the location. I definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly, the parking lot is secured, the room is clean and newly renovated. The best of all is the free breakfast. I am not talking about the cheap continental breakfast. They actually offer free full breakfast with egg, bacon and sausage etc. Room also has refrigerate and microwave, another plus. The only downside I can think of is that the floor is bit thin so I can hear the footsteps upstairs. Also the location is a bit far from downtown.

Modern, clean and great location. Indoor pool was not working. When I got there my first impression was how nice the outside was. Clean and new looking. When I walked in to the lobby I was greeted right away and checked in with little problem. The room was clean and very well furnished. The location for me was good for food and shopping. The only thing that was not up to par was the pool was closed for repairs. It was something I had planned on using so I was a little disappointed. Otherwise my stay was great.

Liked the interior design and style. No refrigerator in the room, no buffet breakfast as promised, some things in room didn't work. The hotel was okay, nothing special. Traveling with a 3 year old and an 8 moth old, we would have liked to see a small refrigerator in the room. The room had blown out light bulbs and we couldn't figure out how to set the alarm clock. The public bathrooms next to the restaurant in the lobby were not usable due to them being filthy. It's an affordable motel in a big city, it met our expectations.

It was nice-- clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom. No complaints. This is a nice and convenient option if you have business or family on this side of town. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and it exceeded my expectations.

The room was very attractive and decorated nicely. Difficult to park a trailer. I was suprised on how long it took us to get there as I thought it was closer. Our frustration was changed quickly with how friendly the staff was to everyone including hurricane families. We were very pleased as well when we entered our room and it was decorated so nicely, it seemed to have such a clean feel to it. The 50 minute drive didn't seem to be as bad when we knew we were going to a nice room. Also it was visible to us that security seemed to be around and the outside doors actually were locked at night.

The maintenance man changed our flat tire. My husband is blind and they put us in a handicap room. Those modifications are a hindrance to the blind. The hotel was very new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
