Friendly, decent size, indoor pool/spa with balls/ toys, complimentary hot chocolate/tea/coffee/popcorn. Nice stay, friendly, decent size and decor rooms. Large indoor pool/spa and complimentary hot drinks & popcorn.

Excellent bed and linens. Clean, well appointed room, recently updated and painted. The staff was exceptionally helpful and sent a service person immediately when our TV didn't work.

Overall the hotel was a good value. The pool was not howerver. There were tons of wild kids all six days we stayed. Even after notifying the front desk nothing was ever done.

The room was clean. Not within minutes of Grand Canyon as advertised.

Very nice hotel. Only thing is that it isn't an "Express" with the free breakfast. But other than that, it was a very nice stay. We expect that from "Holiday Inn" and haven't been disappointed yet.

Husband and I stayed here to rest for a day from the Grand Canyon. Lots of shopping along mainstreet. One hour photo to develop pictures taken at the canyon was very reasonable. Grand Canyon railway is here also. Lots of good places to eat in town and Doc Holiday steak house in the motel was very good. The only thing I could find wrong with the hotel is that it is a walk up. Would stay here again. Hot tub was very relaxing.

No breakfast, coffee not available sometimes. I was expecting a Continental breakfast. No Elevator. Hauling luggage up and down the stairs was difficult.

hotel was okay. The resturant Doc Holidays makes a mean steak. The gift shop had excellent service and some nice things.

Convenient to I-40. Reasonable price. Clean, comfortable room.

No lifts, bad receptionist, poor service and room. This hotel has no lifts. The night receptionist is unfriendly and the whole place looks run down and shabby. Will not stay here again. It shouldn't even be called a hotel.

Very clean rooms, pet boarding & groomer behind hotel if you need it, restaurant delivers to room, great parking if you have a trailer & places to walk your dogs - who needs an elevator in a 2 story hotel? Sign in front said entire hotel is non-smoking, our room smelled nice and clean. We had some good food and wine delivered to our room and then took the dogs for a walk...

It did not have a small refrig. It was fine for the price.

The suite I booked is very nice, my two toddlers love it, they had some space to play. But the bath room is too small and no elevator. I will go back to stay there if I don't have big and heavy luggages. The front desk staff is very efficient.

Slept well and conveniently located restaurant.

The staff was excellent. No elevator, could hear upstairs footsteps and noises. We enjoyed our trip.

Easy to find. The staff was very inexperienced and poorly trained. This motel was less than I expected. For the price it was outdated and had no continental breakfast which is usually found at this star level. They initially put us into a smoking room and we had to be put into a handicap room even though we had reservations well in advance in the off-season. They didn't clean our room the first day! This was a major disappointment.

The pool was indoor. Facility needs a head to toe facelift. Dated and depressing. Music from bar loud at night. It was ok for the price. Not an attractive place. Room was clean. The breakfast buffet was so-so.

Motel easy to get to. Large room, spacey. Confortable bed. Clean. GREAT Water pressure in shower. Large pool area and clean. Staff very nice and informative. DOC HOLLIDAYS STEAK HOUSE inside motel has good food and big breakfast buffet. Would stay again if I came back to WIlliams.

Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great restaurant in the hotel. Front desk people seemed very unhappy.

this is a good place to stay if you are using the hotel as a place to access northern Az, the staff is good, the restarant is great with resonable prices, the pool and hot tub is grat for the kids after a long day of sight-seeing.
