My experience with the Holiday Inn Shreveport West was great. I have stayed there before and would reccommend it to anyone who is traveling there. I went for a softball tournament and because the hotel was quiet and restful, I was able to rest well in between games and sleep well at night. The staff was really helpful and respectful. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Elevatorwas slow andonly one. It was OK, should be cleaner. Just a little below average in most areas.

This hotel ran out of bath towels and told us to dry with wash clothes! The other guest were loud and hotel staff ignored complaints. The swimming pool was over run with loud rowdy guest that security simply ignored. We did not get the room type we reserved and the hotel staff was nonresponsive and rude. We did get reimbursed one night stay only after contacting the corporate office. Save yourself the trouble and stay some where else. Sounds nice on the website but don't be fooled!

We came to Shreveport to visit family. We had four boys (all under 11) and 3 adults. We stayed in one of the new suites at the back of the facility. After reading the other reviews here, obviously no one stayed in a suite. The suite was not expensive (150) for the night. It had a full kitchen, living room (complete with gas fireplace), one room with a king, one room with two queen beds, two bathrooms and a pullout sofa bed. The room was beautiful, the pool was heated and the staff were very friendly. But I must give credit where due, when comcast lost cable service for about two hours, a maid brought a basketball personally to our room to keep our kids entertained on the court out back. These people were great! They even give you options on pillows for firmness. We won't stay anywhere else in Shreveport!!!

They need to move the bar from the center lobby. We had to listen to the obnoxious cackling till the bar finally shut down.The beds are very uncomfortable, the room is large enough to easily upgrade to queen beds .

the holiday inn shreveport-apt it wasnt really wht i thought it wouild be. honestly it was a little run down for the price.i just didnt get that comfortable feeling like i thought i would.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very up to date, with modern appointments, free WiFi, and they were very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The location was perfect in relation to my business needs. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I expect to be in Shreveport on a weekly basis for several months and will stay at the Holiday Inn again.

Very convenient, the rooms were roomy and clean with refrigerator and microwave. No WiFi. Overall this was a very nice hotel, very clean and a convenient location. This was not my first stay and I will return. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

A great rate and above average hotel. The pool was fantastic. I had internet in my room, no extra charge. . Overall I was really pleased with this hotel. Easy to get to and friendly staff. The maid service is option or they will come everyday. They also alowed me to have a late check out of 2pm at no extra charge. After seeing some of the other hotels in the area, I was very pleased with my choice and will stay again. I was a single traveller down visiting family.

The Holiday Inn Shreveport - ARPT was a great value and a great stay for my two nights. I had a king size bed with a sleeper sofa. The room was a great size and also came with a refridgerator and microwave already in it. I asked earlier in the day if it would have a refridgerator and they could not promise that it would, but said if it didn't just to let the front desk know and they would send one to my room. I thought that was going above and beyond as far as hospitality goes. They also allowed my dog to come for a small fee. That meant a lot to me. I will stay here again on my next trip back.

A minor guest, in our group, cut the bottom of his foot in the swimming pool. A security officer was the only employee that attempted to help in any way, which was not much. There was glass still at the bottom of the pool from a window shattering a week or so before. Finally, they closed the pool. The hotel didn't even have a first aid kit on hand!

We found the room to be adequate for an over night stay. Parking lot is well lit and the doors are secured at night. The restuarant is limited but there are several restuarants in the area to choose from.

The room was fine but the halls smelled of cat urine. The pool was fine ( a little cold) but it was the best feature of this hotel
