friendly, helpful service. would have been nice to have been able to switch to a closer location to family in area (tried and it was not allowed, even if using same hotel chain). now that i know the area, i also would have enjoyed being closer to tempe.

Good clean rooms with plenty of space, fresh smell and fast internet. The gym smelled really bad.

I stayed here for a class that was conducted at the hotel. Overall the area that the hotel is in is less than attractive I'd even say unsafe once it gets dark. Not many decent places to eat around the hotel so a car is necessary. The hotel staff is a mixed bag...some of the front desk people were quite nice while the manage did not return my calls regarding an incident with my car. It is a hotel I would only stay at to make attending the class easier though I'd hope (and plan on mentioning it to the instructor) to change the location. The hot tub is cold and the chemical levels could bleach clothing. Overall i'd only stay there if I had to...there are much nicer hotels in Phoenix for around this same price.

It was definitely a disappointment for the money they charged. The rooms were not clean, there was no soap holder for the soap at the sink, had to keep it on a paper. Tissues were half torn and wasn't replaced when empty, had to call reception to get it replaced. No creamer was available for coffee. Dining options was pathetic. Room service along with the restaurants closed at 10, which meant a pizza delivery as the only bad option. I hate pizzas and it was pathetic. I would definitely not recommend that anyone go here. I received a better treatment for a lesser price. Definitely don't want to stay in a holiday inn again!

the hotel is predictable and clean, but lacked in the area of customer service. the basic amenities were there which was a plus, but staff did not extend themselves to custumers. in the sports bar, the waitress or staff was not present most of the time. i had to locate her in the kitchen. when asking for directions the counter person did not offer to print or give directions, instead i was sent to their business room. one of the printers didn't work and i had no one to assist me. fortunately, i knew my way around the computer, otherwise i would have had difficulty finding my way around town. overall it was, ok for price, but could improve in service just a bit.

the holiday was very peaceful the room service was great everything look clean. the only was it smelled like smoke or old hotel as soon as you walk in to the hotel, i think first impression counts alot as well as the smell. the good thing is they took us in asap. also it was next to the freeway.i think the rooms needed more plug ins to connect electric things like curling iron or anything or even to charge my phone.

When I first arrived the staff were somewhat rude. The stay actually was alright for my son and I. It wasn't a dump at all. Most of the staff and overall feeling there was comfortable. It would be classed as a medium level to me. It's not low level or high class. In its day I'm sure it was excellent. What gives it away are the room decor, clean but older looking. I would stay there again if I had to but I think I would spend a little more money and get something real nice. Hope this helps.

"The rooms are only so so, definatly does not live up to a holiday Inn standard. The service was only ok, some of the staff has a problem with English!!! The location is convenient, right off the interstate. But the neighborhood is TERRIBLE!!!. If you visit, do not wonder to far from the Hotel, as it is iin a very bad area. We absolutly would not stay again."

The staff is quite friendly. Pool is nice size for family. The coffee pot is dirty. We expected more for 3 star hotel. We were disappointed when we see the room. The coffee is so dirty that it seems like it has never been clean before. For most of Holiday Inn we stayed before provided complimentary breakfast. But not this hotel. Overall the hotel is OK to stay with young children.
