The bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned in some time ... dirt and stains on the shower walls. We asked a clerk for help in finding a church. She tried to direct us to one that was 6 or 7 miles away. When we returned to our room, the hotel guide told us there was a church within 2 miles of the hotel.

Easy to find and good location. Did not have refrigerator in room and no way to keep baby bottles.

Breakfast buffet and menu was good. Pool was good. No fan in bathroom. Bathroom floor was dirty. Door had a 2" gap and was not insulated or buffered. Heard slamming doors all night. Bed was uncomfortable and creaked whenever you moved. Had a non smoking room, but hallway reeked of smoke. When we complained we were told that the 2 rooms across from us and the one next to us was smoking as well as all the rest down the hallway. The desk clerk said she would try to move us and would call us - that call never came. There were alot of bus tour groups staying there. Everything was very crowded. Elevators were filthy. Would not recommend this hotel to vacationers.

We had a great experience with the Holiday Inn in Laurel. We have stayed there many times before when it was a Best Western and Holiday Inn has improved it greatly. Check in was instant and parking was great.

Excellent quality bed. $7.95 for a poor continental breakfast is a rip-off. Should be included with room. The good: efficient, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Pretty clean. The bad: slow elevators, bathroom designed for midgets with too low sink/mirror. Fire sprinkler inexplicably located in shower ceiling (do people smoke in the shower?) and ceiling is so low that a tall person could conceivably hit the sprinkler while showering (at 6' 2" I had to be careful). The ugly air conditioning unit sounds like you have two dust busters taped to your head. Breakfast is a rip-off.

The assistance from the desk was outstanding. Great personal directions for local Laurel interest from staff. Good location for access to DC: convenient transportation and resturaunt.

Awesome memory foam beds. Very quiet, too. The pool was only open in the evening. Better than expected. I didn't have any problems with any aspect of my stay.

A very nice place, clean, quiet, well kept, courteous, helpfulfront desk. However, I thought a continental breakfast was included in the price and it was not.

I enjoyed the new tempr-a-pedic mattress. It was relatively quite. I like having a life guard at the pool. A very short distance from the Greenbelt Metro station (to DC).

Very nice decor, attached to a Outback restaurant. I had breakfast at the hotel and was very happy with the selections on the buffet. The front desk help was polite when I came in late to make me a cup of coffee from the bistro which is located near the front desk.

Great tempurpedic beds! Easy to get to BWI and DC. Not the friendliest staff. Despite the not so friendly staff (same lady ignores us every time we go to desk over 3 days) the rooms are nice with Tempurpedic beds, easy access to highway from airport and to the metro park and ride station. Outback is right next door and it is right down the road to a shopping area. I would stay there again because I don't care as much a boy the desk staff, but they could be friendlier.

The hotel lobby, swimming pool and work out room were nice. Our room had a musty smell. The hotel was close to the interstate which makes it convenient - our room was dingy, musty smelling, the paint on the ceiling was peeling with had some mold on it and the bathtub was dirty. We stayed in a pet friendly room. We had to pay an extra $50 for our pet, which I would not of minded, if the room would have been nicer.

It was fast check in and friendly staff. The hotel was excellent no complaints. I was very pleased with the hotel especially with the price.
