The staff and the room were great. The one complaint that I had and that was addressed immediately was that the bathroom had a horrible smell. The staff quickly sprayed the bathroom with air freshener but unfortunately did not help.We did not return to the room until late that evening and therefor did not ask to move because of the time. I was unable to take a shower the next morning due to the above mentioned.

The room was very stylish and welcoming. There was a very loud event going on past midnight, kept me awake. The hotel itself was very nice, although we did not use the pool, or the jacuzzi, they did look very clean and well kept.

We were on our way from Florida to South Carolina to go camping and we stopped here for the night. It was a great hotel for being under *. The staff could of been a bit friendlier but all in all, it was a good stay. So good that when we got rained out at our camping site, we came back and stayed an additional night so the kids could burn off energy in the pool.

It was close to the interstate. The hot tub water was green and not clean. Overall just a regular hotel. Nothing special for a brand new place. Wallpaper was already starting to peel. If you want to use the pool or hot tub, I'd think again. It was not clean. Hotel managed to lock us out of our room.

Ok - decent hotel, but absolutely SUCKS for business people. Wireless is spotty. Business center is set up ok, but supplies....yeah right. Printers out of ink, and no resupply. I felt lucky to connect on wireless at 1.0 Mbps. What a joke! I will not stay here again. The friendlienss of the staff is great, but it doesn't make up for the poor performance for business people. Oh, and the bar is lit up like a Kroger...brighter than anyone would like trying to relax after a long day.

Clean rooms. Staff seemed too busy to help when I checked in. Usually a good stay, had problems checking in - the staff didn't seem to have any urgency to welcome me. When I checked out I did not get a receipt or a newspaper. I had to go and ask for a receipt and the clerk had a difficult time printing one up - I, again, seemed to be in the way. It was unwelcoming.

This hotel will go downhill quickly due to cleanliness. I picked up bedskirt and found used tissue, popcorn, and empty candy wrapper. Bathroom not too clean. Plenty of other hotels around so this one is probably not worth double the price of others. Coupon for 20 breakfast did not cover drinks or tip and was only good for two menu items totaling 16.00 max.

The service was prompt, everyone I dealt with was kind and friendly. The updated rooms are comfortable and everything was in good working order. The room could have been a little cleaner - there were smudges on the doors and furniture, but everything else was clean and tidy. Room service was excellent. The only vending machine that worked was on the second floor. All in all, I would stay there again.

"The staff was friendly. They always greeted you , even the staff that cleaned the rooms! The manager and house keeping supervisor went out of their way to help me when I had a problem. Their kindness makes you feel good about staying there again sometime."
