Location and quietness of room. No hot tub and pool water was needing cleaned! Nice quiet comfortable and a good value. Pool needed attention but would stay again.

The room was very clean and a great size with a nice big window....and our stay was for the most part very pleasant until at 11:30pm the fire alarms went off and only my husband, another couple and I left the building...the manager just walked right past us....and the hotel was packed but it was just us standing outside in the rain....the manager didn't tell us to not leave nor that it wasnt a serious fire. we were very unsatisfied with their lack of communication and it utterly ruined the night.

Handicapped accessible bathroom. Slippery tile floor in shower; wished for a mini-fridge. We had excellent service, even when we needed an item in the middle of the night.

Staff wasfriendly and responsive to direct requests. Told staff tub was too dirty to use, did not offer any comps. Offered to clean it but it was too late, we had already washed via sink and had to leave.

Recently remodeled bath. Not walkable to other shopping or restaurants. Located just off the expressway NW of Akron. Rooms are recently remodeled and bath is upscale with elevated sink and clear glass sidewall shower. Furniture and carpet are mid-grade, but newer. Convenient parking and elevator locations.

Recently remodeled and in a high end shopping area. Sound traveled from the hallways. The hotel is right off the highway and in the middle of many places to eat and shop. It has a very high end steak eatery right next door. The hotel room was recently updated and was very nice.

They were very accommodating. Housekeeping came around in the morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. They were accommodating and helpful. I would love to stay there again if given the chance.

Clean, attractive, nice staff. Housekeeping forgot to stop by--we stayed 2 days--but the desk got us towels. We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed there once before and hope to again.

Excellent value for the money. Clock radio did not work - poor quality. No reception. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Room was spacious and clean and the hotel was quiet. No loud noises, parties, etc. Always plenty of towels and toiletries. Free wifi internet station in the hotel for those without computers. Very nice touch!

Quality of the rooms. The lights in the room was too dim, need to change to a brighter watt bulb. The room was clean, staff was friendly and the restaurant was good. The only issue was the light bulbs in the room was too dim, they should change to a brighter watt bulb.

Nicely appointed rooms, great bathrooms. Beds mediocre. Nicely adorned rooms and lobby. Good staff. A little tricky to get to, but no big deal. Newly renovated and well done. Great bathrooms.
