East to access (right off 401), surrounded by restaurants, rooms were large with patio access, great breakfast menu. First room we checked into reeked like smoke, so we had to change rooms (staff was very accommodating).

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt very relaxed with not only the smiling helpful women at the front desk to the young boy who helped us figure out how to run the exercise machines. The food was wonderful with alot of variety and everyone raved over the omletes that were made. They allowed us to check out late as our flights were later on that evening. We belong to the priority club program and we could not believe that they gave us a small lunch to travel with us as our trip home was going to be long. it was fantastic. Thank you!

Nothing. Staff was rude. Bathroom was very small. Hotel room located in an older section of the hotel. Room was musty and not soundproofed. Staff, one in particular, was very rude. Bathroom was tiny! You couldn't even close the door without standing between the toilet and the sink. Very outdated room too.

Due to the amount of traveling I do in Ontario, I meet hotel staff who are either very open, friendly and professional, or the opposite- and I just find that your staff are always there to greet me with a smile, help me with any transportation problems, ect.

Tidy. Grab bag should be for all staying in the room. Nice location.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot I had a feeling of contentment...the feeling carried with me through all of my stay. Everyone was very pleasant, the food was a pleasant surprise and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. If you have to be away from home this is the place to stay without a doubt.

It was clean and adequately furnished. Everything was in working order and things provided as one would expect. It was clean, updated, attractively furnished and quiet.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
This hotel was very disappointing. It was quite possibly the dirtiest hotel that I have seen in a long time. The pool area was disgusting with standing water and black dirt or mold around the pool area.

The staff. The lack of soundproofing. Great hotel.

Room was tastefully decorated. Could hear noise from the highway.

The room was clean & filled most of our needs, however the bathroom was small & the room rather plain. The room was extremely far from the front desk/swimming pool/restaurant areas. The room had one chair only when there were two occupants. Quite suitable for people travelling alone. The rooms are clean and comfortable but not overly large or special.

Free internet, beds were good. Room had no soap, pool had no towels.

Location . Room decor unattractive, and Bathroom very small.

Clean, quiet, efficient, pleasant staff. Bathrooms werevery small. Mid-range clean hotel. Perfect for teams or families. Staff wasvery helpful and friendly.

The location. Old furnishings and smelled stale even like cigarette smoke. I am sure this hotel is a nice place to stay, with all of the bells and whistles, rather than being stuck in a hallway of a hockey team.

Road noise. Two sections to this hotel - old and new. I stayed in old section - small bathrooms, road noise on 1 side of hotel, asked to be moved to the quieter side.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Convenient location. Elevator wasbroken - carrying bags up a flight of stairs. Nice hotel - convenient, comfortable and clean for business travel. Would stay there again.

Room was noisy, felt dirty with very small bathroom. The main hotel looked nice.I was stuck in an Annex and took five minutes to walk to the room through dungy dark halls. Worst Holiday InnI have ever stayed in.

Location. Soccer and hockey team were very noisy. The hotel is all right, nothing special. The soccer teams were noisy and the drinking hockey players we could have done without.
Date of Stay:

Room was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. The fact that our room was up a light of stairs in spit of the fact that an elevator was available to other floors. The hotel was clean and served my purpose very well.
