Overall, a very nice hotel. Breakfast, however, was a major disappointment. Breakfast was a Buffet. There was no other choice. Either eat the Buffet or go elsewhere. I want to be able to sit down, place an order. Order what I want, like I want and have some one serve it to me. To stand in line, eat what others think is important, done the way others think it should be done is not my kind of Breakfast. Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day. Give people a choice. My Opinion and that of my wife is that we would not stay there again, and in the future will inquire whether the next Holiday Inn has similar arrangements. For this reason all I cannot recommend it.

I stayed here for one evening on my way to Budapest. The hotel is right next to the central station. It is also within walking distance of the main people-walking street in the city. The people of Poland are very friendly so directions/language was never an issue. Very safe hotel, clean and comfortable.

Everything was bad. Internet to T.V. nothing was complimentary.

Location. Phone didn't work and staff was unresponsive. Overall the hotel was fine but I was disappointed in the staff's response to my phone issues. I was traveling alone and was ill and needed to use the phones. When I called I was told it was working fine (which it wasn't) and when I continued to have issues with the phone the staff seemed unconcerned.

Clean, comfortable, good service, reasonable priced convenient location near train/bus station and grocery/drug stores at the mall. None. This hotel was the best deal we had during our trip. It was reasonably priced; our room was clean and comfortable with all the expected standards (AC, consistent hot water, clean and ample amenities etc.). The hotel was also conveniently located across a new mall in Warsaw where you can find grocery and drug stores. It is also close to the central station for bus and train. Within a 5 minute walk, we are able to catch a bus to go to different parts of the city and catch the intercity train. The only issue we had was that the concierge gave us the wrong direction and we almost got lost on our first day but we brought along a couple very good guide books and were able to figure out the bus system easily.

Location, large room. No free Wi-Fi. Great location and great price. Friendly staff, large western sized rooms, large beds, comfortable pillows- rare for Europe. Good air conditioner, accommodating with crib for baby.

Right in the middle of central Warsaw! The movie prices were kind of high. I love this hotel! I traveled alone for a 4 day weekend to Warsaw. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and cozy, and the location is perfect! About 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the Old Town. I did not eat at the restaurant, but I had breakfast brought to my room one morning and it was excellent! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - it's one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had traveling abroad.

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of personnel. Traffic noise! Minibus prices. Price for internet. Excellent hotel but a minus point is the fact that you had to pay for the internet connection. In my view in a quality hotel this should be part of the services offered "all in".

Location in Warsaw was excellent. Non smoking room was not available as requested. Excellent location, near the central train/bus station. The hotel was modern and clean. Rooms were also very clean. Hotel had all the amenities of a typical European tourist hotel.

Very upscale and modern and convenient to everything. Can't think of anything bad. This is a really nice, modern hotel, in Warsaw's new up and coming business district. It is right across from the impressive Palace of Arts and Culture and convenient to everything in the city. My room was enormous with a great big bathroom, huge bed, table and chairs and sofa. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful, and there is a nice restaurant and super pastry place right downstairs. If you want to see the sites, the hotel offers a tour shuttle for a very reasonable price. 2 big thumbs up.

Cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness. No rollaway for teenaged son. We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and loved it. It is just as nice now as previously. I would recommend it to anyone.
