We couldn't have asked for a better hotel or a more friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable beds. The only negative was the high priced breakfast, but there are plenty of alternatives nearby. The neighborhood even had 2 supermarkets nearby. Vienna was wonderful.

Great location, clean. Very noisy housekeeping. This was a great hotel because it was in the middle of it all! The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The rooms were tiny, as is to be expected, but clean. Might want to bring earplugs because housekeeping can be very noisy early in morning.

the hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food and staff was also great. The location was excellent. The metro stop was around the corner a block away. There were many walkable sights within l5 minute walk. St. Stephandom s the Belevedere Castle were very walkable. We spent most of the time sightseeing and in museums and castle. The Food was very good and were able to eat outside most of the time.

Its location and proximity to bars and nightclubs. Great location. Friendly staff. The only drawback may be the noise in the hallways from housekeeping in the mornings. The hallway floors are solid marble or hard surfaces and when they drop their vacuums or cleaning supplies on the floor it allows for sounds to be very easily heard in the room. Especially if you like sleeping in to 11:00am or 12:00pm. I don't know why they did not put carpeting and padding out in the common areas to help absorb sound better. Other than that I think the hotel was fine.

I found this hotel conveniently located 3-4 blocks from Kettenbruckengasse U4 station. I could also walk to downtown if I wanted. The room was clean, the bath larger than what I expected and the staff helpful. I think the Internet access was overpriced but that seemed to be the case elsewhere in Vienna too. I was really please that i was able to check in early - so nice after an overnight flight in economy.

The hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby and elevator were very small and old. This hotel does its best to live up to a 3 star rating however; I believe a 2 star rating would be more accurate. While the staff is very friendly, the location of this hotel is fairly inconvenient and difficult to locate using public transportation. The one elevator is very small and old and the lobby is practically non-existent. We only stayed for one night and for a short period of time, this hotel is passable; however, we would try to avoid this hotel for longer visits.

The place is Ok, but honest if are not smoking ..don t stay there.Everybody smoke in the hotel , in the restaurant , all over the place is insane.The rooms are average .I think you can find better then that for the money.

For a vacation hotel what more can you ask for. Down side was the price of the breakfast, too much money for what you get, just go across the street and get a great breakfast for about 1/4 of the price.

"Hotel is a good 10 minutes walk from the Opera. The room was absolutley clean and service is great. the front desk people are extremely helpful about everything from making reservations for concerts, calling a cab, and mailing cards..It is a very small hotel, but I loved it.the only inconvenience is that the restaurant closes at 10 p. and the little bar closes at midnight...even tho they state 24 hour room service...you have to tell them in advance which doesnt make any sense..."
