This hotel is very conveniently located to the Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes but is is a little far away from the downtown area, neverthless it is only a €7 taxi fare to most places downtown. I was given an upgraded room (I'm a frequent traveler) which was very nice and quiet, the staff was helful, attentive and friendly. It was hard for me to find the hotel since the marquee is not very visible from the main street.

It is quite a ways from the center of town. It was very close to the Arts and Sciences Museums, Aquarium and a major park however and the bus service is good. The room was clean, although we had to ask for a change because they had placed us in the first floor and we had no view at all. Internet was reasonable and staff were helpful. I do not recommend room service. They never did bring our breakfast, and the dinner was not very good for the price.

Customer service wasexcellent. Could have included free wireless. Great location - close to bus stops, Midway between city and beach. Walking distance to Opera House, Imax theater, and aquarium. Park across the street is huge, can rent bicycles. Really wonderful - highly recommend

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. The only flaw that I came across was the bedding, spread was stained and I requested that this bedding be changed. This was done, however, the housekeeping supervisor on the floor was not happy with this request and gave us a "dirty look" as we were leaving the room. All other staff were very nice and friendly. Restaurant prices were a bit high, food was nicely prepared. Closely situated to the Oceanographic Museum. Their standards are always are above standard.

Clean hotel, good restaurant, great staff, easy access to public transport (bus), a small walk away from Valencia's stunning architectural attractions.

Great modern 4* hotel and excellent vfm having booked via laterooms for £50 stlg a night. Good position as you can walk into the heart of the City centre in about 20 mins and as we were seeing Valencia v Barcelona ideal to be only 10-15 mins walk to the Mestalla Stadium. Many other attractions, Agua shopping centre and the new port/marina all within reasonable distance. Only disappointment was that even as residents it was a real challenge to get a drink at the bar much past midnight (even on a Saturday night) and certainly not prepared to rustle up any food (could provide room service in the room but couldn't provide a sandwhich at the bar as too late?)

Friendly staff. Small rooms not as clean as expected. Friendly staff, Rooms are a little small if traveling with children. Location is perfect just a short walk or bus ride to all attractions for tourist.

Quiet residential area, not many shops around. Nice location for the Mestalla stadium (15 mins walk) and another 15 in the other direction will see you in the old town of Valencia. Bar did not stay open for residents past 1am after the football had finished at midnight which Ive never come across, but the rest of the hotel staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful. Gym was poor with limited machines and broken m and f changing rooms.

The people were friendly, theh gave me good advise when I wanted to go and see the city. I had no negative words for this hotel. The hotel was in a very good location, I could just walk to many interesting places,at the reception gave me good advise what is interesting to visit. I hope next time when I travel I can get a good hotel. Thank You.

Near shopping center, park, bus stop.

The staff and the restaurant were superior. The patio area was dirty and the service was terrible. The hotel was not centrally located but the bus service was good to either downtown or the beach. The rooms were small, the pool was paddling size and difficult to reach. The patio was unkempt with cigarette ends and rubbish around and the service was extremely slow. The restaurant is to be recommended.
