Nice, clean rooms with great service! No refrigerator in the room. This hotel was a great stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

We have been there at least 8 times in the past 5 years. It is very clean, quiet, and kid friendly. The food is good. Make sure to bring spare change for the kids so they can throw it in the fountain.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay and would love to stay there again.

My family and I wanted to get away and decided to go to Bowling Green, we stayed at the Holiday Inn University Plaza. We looked for a hotel that had full service and a in-door pool for the kids. We are very happy with our choice of the Holiday Inn; they covered everything and even a bit more. We used their pool daily; we also decided to take their shuttle to the mall for the afternoon, what a huge extra for the hotel to offer. We did not have to worry about anything, just called them when we were done. Our entire stay was relaxing and wonderful. The next time we want to get away for a weekend we won’t have to look we will only stay at the Holiday Inn

The rooms were just ok - nothing spectacular - not even anything to write home about. Room service was awful - food took almost 1 hour for a hamburger - and the bun was hard and the meat and fries were cold. When this was pointed out to the staff, they had a "whatever" attitude. So I'll take my "whatever" money and stay somewhere else.

Quiet, safe location without roaming street people. Nothing. Excellent choice for a carefree stay. Security and convenience is great. Seven stories with atrium and a waterfall provide for a sitting area on the ground floor with comfortable chairs arringed for socialising or just relaxing. The staff was very promt and efficent. The room was very clean and did not have the usual hotel odor. This location was a hotel "done right". Also free morning coffee is available.

I stayed here for business. The entire staff was friendly and outgoing. You can tell they understand how important the business traveler is to the hospitality industry. They had a great breakfast buffet that started my day off on the right foot; I also was able to enjoy dinner at the hotel, great food on both dining experiences. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel like their wanted, respected and truly is able to accomplish a productive visit.

I was there for Bussiness meeting. I had an excellent meeting at Holiday Inn University Plaza. The Staff paid close attention to all the details. My bed room was clean, comfortable and fresh. We have been staying in the hotels all over the world from Omni, Ritz carlston and Western Hotels but this Hotel was Diamond and jewel to us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were treated as VVIP customers. All the staff was smiling all the time. Th food was excellent. We have decided to have this hotel for our future stay as long as we are in this area. we will stay here even if we have meeting in Louisville or Nashville, TN. It is worth to travel this for to stay in Best Hotel in Universe.

The rooms were extra spacious. Great breakfast buffet with many choices. Quiet rooms. Can't think of anything. It was all good. The Holiday Inn Plaza was a very nice hotel and more than we expected. Rooms were extra spacious. Location was off the main road which made it much more quiet and private. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was nice with lots of choices along with special ordered omelets and waffles. Very nice.

The staff was very helpful and hotel breakfast buffet was wonderful. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this hotel. My only complaint was that the bathrooms were little dated. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and I was pleased that children under 12 ate free. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The lobby was very spacious and well decorated. We had a very nice stay.

Staff friendly, room clean. No hassles. Convenient. I don't know if I would rate this hotel as 3 star. Situated in a convenient location. Clean. Family oriented.

Pretty hotel. Great breakfast bar and reasonably priced (kids eat free!). Dirty washcloth in bathroom, something stuck in the drain that should have been noticed by housekeeping. Its a nice hotel, although I think they are missing some attention to detail (like a dirty washcloth on the shower head!). The breakfast bar was very good. The pillows were a little uncomfortable but I didn't see until the next morning that I could have requested a variety of different pillows. Its very close to allot of restaurants and the mall.

The atrium was beautiful and the staff was very pleasant. The buffet food was a little cold. This hotel was much nice than the regular holiday inn's I've stayed at in the past. I will be back on my next trip to Bowling Green. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not anything fancy but overall they were clean and well kept.
