I had the pleasure staying at this hotel again recently. It is exceptional. On my initial visit I was hesitant about staying at a hotel on the University of Memphis campus, however, I was surprised to find it so quiet. Even with the various events that are held at this facility and the recent snow fall the atmosphere remained calm and orderly. Hats off to the friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed here for convenience to the University, but I found it to be convenient to shopping and downtown attractions as well. I will stay here anytime I visited Memphis. I highly recommend this hotel. Friendly and courteous staff.

This Hotel is a very nice hotel with wonderful rooms the only downfall is that it doesnt have a pool. I would definately stay there again. I would also recommend this hotel as very high quality for you money. All rooms are suites and you have internet in your room as well as free computer access in the lobby anytime. Staff are extremely friendly and the food in the resturant is great.

Liked the Suite format of the rooms and the cleanliness. Sunday brunch was excellent and a good value. Unattractive parking lot with no landscaping. Suites are very nice and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. We had a little problem finding it,get directions ahead of time. The Sunday Brunch was excellent.

I found this hotel while in Memphis on Business... Everything from the staff to the room was phenominal. I would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone!

this was my third visit to memphis as a vacation destination and this hotel far surpass the previous places we stayed. there is not a pool which is unusual for a hotel this large. the staff was extremely professional and courteous. the breakfast and lunch buffets offer great value for the money. the hotel is on the campus of the university of memphis and is surrounded by a most lovely neighborhood of one of the kind homes. no cookie cutter developments here. the pink place museum is nearby and the beale street area as well as the national civil rights museum are nearby. i will not hesistate to return here for future visits.

I could not find one negative during my stay. The staff, room, restaurant and lounge were wonderful. I would and have highly recommened this hotel to friends. 5-star for sure
