hotel charged 100.00 for two nites for extra and never returned it back to me. I have called five times and they always give mre excuses why it is not here yet. it has been almost two months now. I stay at hotels around 100 nites a year so we will never stay there again.

We went up to Jackson for the Dixie Nationals, The Museum of Natural Science, The Museum of Agriculture, and Bass Pro Shops. The hotel was just minutes from the Colesium and the Museums and was right in the Bass Pro Parking lot! There were plenty of places to eat nearby including Shoney's, Cracker Barrell, McDonalds, McAlister's Deli, and there is a restaurant in Bass Pro. This hotel is located in Pearl rather than Jackson so the rates were a little lower AND we were still just minutes away from all of our planned activities. We only stayed 2 nights, but I would have loved to stay longer. The beds were really comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel! ;)

Rooms were lovely, comfy beds, incl microwave and fridge, fitness area, nice places to sit outside and relax. Pool was closed. We truly enjoyed our time at this hotel and would love to go back here. It was very close to where we needed to go, restaurants are close by too. A great experience!

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff was outstanding and very attentive. The hotel was in a very good location, close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was attractive to me and my teenage children which can be hard to accomplish. Everyone very professional. I would recommend this hotel for business, romance or leisure travel.

Clean, modern and great location for our needs. The pool opened at 10:00 am, which was too late for our morning workouts. Nice modern property with a friendly staff. The gym was open early to late, which was convenient for us.

Our room was very nice, the staff was very friendly. There was nothing I didn't like. I was impressed with the room. The bathroom was awesome. The room was decorated really up to date and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Mississippi.

It is new and had a modern feel. Took 8 hours to get a crib to room and an hour to get breakfast. What a waste of a beautiful hotel!

Hotel being new and clean. Very disappointed with how the personnel handled a case. The place is new and clean but the lack of decent food choices, lousy coffee, no free continental breakfast will eliminate it from my future trips into the area. Unprofessional waitress and person at the front desk giving wrong information.

Cleanliness. Did not retrieve our breakfast menu. A great place to stay. New and clean. Guest Services did not collect out breakfast menu from the door. Once I notified staff, they were more than happy to get my breakfast right away at no charge. Overall a great night's stay.

New, not under construction. Dining/bar has a long road to go. Nice rooms, all staff friendly just didn't know very much, ordered room service for breakfast and never got, dinner was pretty bad, good parking.

I loved the decor. Ploved my room. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. That our stay was so short. The hotel was great. I loved the decor. I felt like I was living in a cool contemporary apartment. The hotel staff are fantastic. I am looking forward to our next stay here.
