The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The toilet, bathtub were clogged on the first floor and spilled out to the hallway. The hotel manager mentioned about deducting $20 per night for my stay due to the toilet and tub drainage clog on the 1st floor.

Having just being released from hospital following multi-car 401 accident, receptionist assured us you'd save a room to assure comfortable good night rest. Upon arrival, everyone went out of their way being interested in our well being and comfort. THANK YOU ALL!!!

The morning waitress was very friendly. It was fine, but just average. A step above Comfort Inn, Leisure Inn, West Western.

Close to the Falls. All floor vending machines were out of order. Good location and rooms. Vending machine problem was electrical and not necessary the hotels fault.

Indoor pool. Under renovation while there. Water Boiler blew up, no hot water. Had to change rooms at midnight. There were renovations going on and had a makeshift entrance to the lobby. Water boiler blew Friday evening and we had no hot water until we were asked to relocate to another wing of the hotel. Indoor Pool was nice. Restaurant was good for breakfast. Without these unexpected incontinences this hotel would have suited our needs nicely.

Close to highway. We were put in a room with a view of the loading dock and garbage area, deliveries came at 6 am with big truck noises. The check in clerk mistakenly kept our credit card (we retrieved it later), the restaurant salad bar was okay, but entrees were not great and were pricey, but worst of all was the location of our room at the loading dock with 2 deliveries on Friday morning 6 am and 7 am, loud and disruptive to sleeping, with engines running and banging.
