The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Also, the cookies at the front desk were delicious!

I was not too keen about going there, but, it was OK. Security wasn't top notch, but alright. In general, the hotel was nice, it's just that we usually stay at the Marriott, and they don't compare. Overall, it was surprisingly good, and the staff was quite friendly. Parking lot was well lit up, and relatively clean.

Came to Toronto for Caribbana. We didn't want to pay Downtown prices. It was very easy to get downtown from this hotel. The front desk really helped with directions and information about the city. This was our first Caribbana event.

It's upscale and priceline offered an unbelievably low proce for it. No laundry and dry machines.

There was party booked on the same floor, instead of making them get quiet I had to move out in the middle of the night. Very poor management, unable to deal with troublemakers.

Location and staff. It's a perfect location. Near the heart of Mississauga and within very easy reach of downtown Toronto. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, the internet service worked without a hitch and the room was comfortable and clean. Excellent experience.

We stayed 2 nights during an International Conference at TACF, paid less and had a nicer hotel. It is more than worth the extra 5-10 min. drive. The beds were AWESOME and the rooms were lovely. We intend to make this our home away from home while in Toronto!

Great beds - terrifically comfortable; Great heating system, quiet and accurate thermostat. Excellent room with everything perfect - towels, sheets, very comfortable pillows and bed, great thermostatically controlled temperature, great staff. It's what you want in a hotel - the most essential and important things. But there are no extras that are often included, e.g., free breakfast or newspapers or coffee in lobby nor much of a comfortable lobby area.

Clean, good overall value. Very hot hallways, little in the way of public areas. Nice hotel for a short stay, staff were helpful and room was clean. Would stay here again.

Close location to Hershey Centre, no parking fee. No pool. Beds were very comfy, however they were only doubles making it very small for two teenage boys. Room itself was very small.

Great bar with food, other business people solo. Not a thing. Usual business hotel, great room with fast highspeed, and they still cater to smokers with smoking rooms! I'll be back!

Upscale, convenient and superbly located relative to airport and major highways 403, 407, 401 and 10. No free breakfast but they did keep a plate of apples at the front desk. A clean, well-managed upscale hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Equipped with exercise room, pool, restaurant and located close to Square 1 and other shopping and with quick access to highways 10,401,403, and 407. Short drive to or from Pearson (YYZ) airport.
