We had booked our tickets through[...] and when we arrived to check in, only 1 reservation was found for the 2 rooms we had booked through [...]. The frontdesk clerk was not willing to provide us with the second room although it was already paid for through the packaged deal. We had provided her with the confirmations clearly stating "2 rooms, 2 guests". But she didn't budge. I had to call Orbitz and with the help of the Orbitz assistant we were able to get the second reservation.It should have been taken care of on the spot with no hesitation but the service just plain sucked. Now we go to our room, the second room had trouble with the key mechanism and we then had to wait for service to come and get my business partner in his room. Ridculous you can say. That was not the only time, we had trouble with the key mechanism, it happened once to my room also. Total of 3 times to my partner's room.When I got home, I checked my credit card statement and I found there were additional fees applied for lodging on top of what I already prepaid. Overall the experience was okay, even the front desk clerks have an attitude and are not friendly at all. I would not go here again!

Comfort. The rooms were great, there was a door that divided living room from sleeping area which I thought was a plus. Housekeeping service was provided daily, which was also a plus.

Location and exercise facilities. Toilet overflowed for 2 straight days. After checking in to my room, the toilet overflowed the next morning flooding the bathroom. I spent 30 minutes cleaning up and bailing out the bowl contents. The problem was noted to the front staff who assured me it would be corrected. I was out for business the entire day. The next morning, the toilet overflowed again with the same results. I would not wish to return to the same hotel, even if the room was provided gratis. I expected that I would have been moved to another room or the toilet would have been thoroughly inspected prior to allowing the room to be occupied by me again.

The friendly staff and quick service, free internet. Small washroom, loud heater, no fridge. Simple, clean hotel. A bit out of the way but fairly priced. I would give it a 2- 2.5 star rating instead of the 3 star rating. Small washrooms and 1 of 4 ice machines I tried worked. Super friendly staff and quick service when required.

Room service. Unhelpful staff. Room layout. The hotel concierge refused to put us in a suite with a queen or king size bed. This is absurd since I did not request 2 twin beds.

Clean. No microwave and paying for local calls. The hotel room was clean we stayed there for 3 days but there was a huge problem, there was no micro wave that caused many problem we could not heat up any food and especially if you have children you need a microwave.

The staff was very friendly and there was free ample parking. I thought there was an initial weak odor of a gym but this was remedied soon. This hotel was quite nice with a comfortable bed, a good TV and radio and good food in the restaurant. The clerks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The waiter was a nice guy who took the time to explain some of the finer points of ice hockey to me.

The room was attractive and spacious and very clean. The restaurant was disappointing mediocre food and overpriced room service menu. I travel to Mississauga often on business. The Holiday Inn was better than the other hotels that I have tried there in a similar price range. Very conveniently located. Very clean. The room was nice and big. Service was excellent. Room service is something that I use a lot when I travel, and in this case it's my one significant complaint, because the menu is overpriced, compared the restaurant menu and in relation to the quality of the food. I had salad with roasted chicken. The chicken was Luke warm and tasted like bologna. The crab cakes seemed like the frozen kind that you can get in the supermarket. One morning I custom ordered a simple breakfast off the menu. They were very accommodating and the service was excellent. Other than that, I'd recommend planning on finding meals elsewhere in the area, if you don't mind going out.

Room between the beds, enough for a cot. Street names too similar, could not find easy. Very clean, when I couldn't find the place, joy helped me over the cell phone until I found it.

Need to change their night staff, very old could not serve customers. Night shift staff and room layout. Change your night staff, old personal does not want move around to help customers. Get rid of them.

Quiet, even though near highways; staff accommodated request for quiet room. Maid had left alarm clock on; staff assigned our room to another so we were awakened frequently in the morning. Very nice Holiday Inn, close to the Go train. Clean and modern.

Room was nice and new, restaurant/bar staff were fantastic. It's in Mississauga. Nice clean gym, friendly restaurant staff, room was always cleaned very well, and front desk staff exceptionally friendly. Very good stay.

The hotel clerk was friendly & efficient. Food was great. The rooms were old looking & they use cheap rough toilet tissue. Great location right off QEW. Staff very friendly. Food in the restaurant was very delicious. There were doors on each side of the building and the backside doors were locked at night. You have to walk clear around the building to enter after 11 pm. Then you must wait for the clerk to answer your phone call to let you in. Very inconvenient. Why don't they have electronic card lock on both doors?

Close to major highway. Bathroom was old, small and not properly maintained. This hotel needs to be renovated, to maintain the 3 star rating. I was quite disappointed in how poorly maintained the bathroom was.

Very warm and friendly staff. Shower was not functioning properly. A good place to stay if you have work around Mississauga and/or Oakville. Very conveniently located but do not expect public transportation. Ideal if we have a car at our disposal. The staff is very friendly and keen to be hospitable.

Clean- room spacious, bathroom spacious. Iron hairdryer... Warm. Walls paper thin- hears a couple fighting in the next room and -- we heard too much. Aside form the people in the next room and the walls not being very sound proof which tends to make one feel uncomfortable it was adequate for the $$.
