We had a great time. Great location. The pool and hot tub were great. What stands out is the beds were comfortable and I love the linens on the beds. the linens seemed well kept, very clean and very comfortable.

There was no breakfast in the morning only an expensive restaurant. For the price, this was an average hotel. I think overall for what you pay it should have been more updated.

We were pleased to get a nice newer hotel in Tomah. The staff could have been a bit more proactive about asking if we had a priority club number or if we needed directions or offering coupons or discounts for the surrounding restaurants. The highways were nearby. Plenty of restaurants. Easy access on and off the highway.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't meet any of the hotels staff that wasn't. The rooms were very poor to the extent that the even the TV screen was fuzzy. They room was okay when I walked into it. It looked a bit run down but I was being optimistic. The TV was fuzzy and we couldn't get a clear picture the whole weekend we stayed. The cleaning staff barged in on us early in the morning when we were still sleeping even when I was next the door telling her to hold on, but she just used her key card and came right in. The Perkins that was attached was not good. I was starting to wonder if they could not burn one thing we order all weekend. The food was so bad that we got food poisoning the last night we were there. We tried to order room service from their menu in the room but when we called down they said that don't serve that food. We tried ordering pizza and couldn't believe that they were telling us they didn't sell pizza. I was shocked because I was holding a large room service menu that was specifically for pizza. The good thing I can put about this hotel is that the front desk staff is one of the best I've encountered in all my traveling. They were friendly, polite and very helpful.

Cleanliness. I liked everything. I would recommend this place. Attached to the hotel was a Perkins restaurant. Although we did use the restaurant because of personal commitments, I would not have hesitated to use it since we've had good eating experiences eating a Perkins.

I liked the room because we were right by the back door for our convenience with our little dog. Very handy & considerate staff. It was all what we expected. We had a family get-together for our X-Mass & it was very nice. We have eaten there before, but didn't have time this time, but we know the food is good. .

It was very close to my ultimate destination. The outside doors did not lock at night. It was only 7 miles from where I wanted to spend my time. (Cranberry fest) A big plus! It was fine for the little time I spent in the room. There were three of us in the room so it was affordable. For one person it would have been overpriced.

It was very clean! Pool bottom was a bit slimy. Finally, a motel very worthy of its 2.5 star rating! It was very clean, conveniently located, and quiet.

The temp control/air-conditioning worked very well. The halls were dirty - but my room was clean. Great for business travelers as it has a work area and free internet.

Rooms newly remodeled and well furnished. Hot tub was way too hot. Great location. Room had small microwave and refrigerator which was handy. Clean and tidy rooms which were recently re-done. Large pool was enjoyable, but the hot tub was dangerously hot. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Grounds were well kept and afforded a nice walk around the little lake. Definitely will return and this would be my choice over the dells area.

Room was big , clean. Room could have been a little more sound proof. This hotel was right on the I90-94 and Highway 21 intersection. It had a Perkins restaurant connected to it. I would definitely stay there again.
