Dining:
The hotel has a number of popular restaurants that are also popular with the locals. People are suggested to try the lunch buffet or drinks in the bar on the top floor. A beautiful view of Narita Airport along with some evening drinks make for a pleasant time and can entertain both adults and children alike.

Bus service to Hotel was very easy to find and short distance. In Japan everything is always on time. Set your watch by travel within Japan.

For overnight stay, close to the airport. The service in the restaurant. The staff would not even pour coffee. I would try to look for anotherhotel close to the airport. I have stayed in Holiday Inns before, both overseas and abroad but this Holiday Inn takes the cake. The personnel stands around in the restaurant and it seems that they are all supervisors. Where is the so called Japanese hospitality or its just my imagination.

I stayed at this hotel twice within a 3 week period as I was passing through Tokyo on my way to and from northern Japan and would recommend it to anyone who needs to spend the night near Narita Airport. The free shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport is easy to find (as of this writing, it is Bus Stop #16 on the lower level of the airport). The hotel is a 5-10 minute drive, depending on traffic. You get off the bus and porters take care of bringing your luggage in. They will also bring it to your room. Check in and out was very smooth. The room I had in the West Wing was large with a large bathroom and, like most everything in Japan, impeccably clean. You'd never know a major airport was so close, the room was that quiet. I only ate breakfast there, so don't have much to say about the food, except that the breakfast was good, but nothing exciting. When the shuttle returns to the airport, there is a passport inspection, so be sure to have your passport readily available. Everything about this hotel made this jet-lagged traveller grateful to have booked a room there. In fact, I have already made reservations there for my next trip! (Although I did not have my kids along for this trip, I would recommend this for families with kids, as well as for business travellers.)

The Holiday Inn at Tobu (Narita Airport) was great! We only stayed one night, because we wanted to go into downtown Tokyo (about an hour away), but it totally met our needs for the first night. We got in late, and the shuttle was less than 10 minutes from the hotel. It was very convenient not to have to figure out transportation after a 10 hour flight. The room was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints except that the only food available was very expensive ($18 for breakfast). We took the shuttle back to the airport and paid about $8 instead. I wanted to use the pool, but didn't have time, so I can't comment on that. I thought about using the fitness room, but it looked like it cost extra, which I didn't like. But just for the convenience and cleanliness, I highly recommend this hotel.

It's in a very convenient location for overnight flight transfer. In te room I stayed, the bathroom floor & toilet were squeaky. In general, the hotel was clean, staff friendly, and convenient location for overnight flight transfer.

"this hotel was a great find - we need to stay 1 night close to Narita airport occasionally- this is where we will stay in the future. The staff was very accommodating, polite and efficient. Check-in/out was quick, room was nice and clean with usual amenities. The only thing I could have wished for was to make the room cooler - the thermostat wouldn't adjust to below 24. Price was right!"

The hotel was clean and confortable, personal was good and professional in every way. The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that in order for us to use their pool we had to pay extra money. Other than that we were satisfied.

"A 23 year old male going to japan for a vacation on my own. I work for a hotel in Honolulu Hawaii so i pretty much know what to expect. This Hotel exceeded all of my expecatations and beyond. staff was friendly and go out there way to help you. 10 days in that hotel and everyday i was pleased. Food was great, rooms great. money was not an issue as this was a vacation, your expected to spend money and they know that, so save your money and be a smart traveler! i am planning another trip to japan and holiday inn narita with no questions asked is my top choice to stay at."

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn Narita, staff spoke good english and answered all questions. They greet you and greet you farewell, i rarely syaed in my room as i was out haveing a great time as any 23 year old would do. great place. i am booking my next trip for japan in DEC and i am only going if this hotel has vacancy."

Great location for outbound international flights, clean, helpful staff, all the amenities. Nothing negative at all. Hotel immaculate, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, good service, reasonable priced, (for Japan) and great location for outbound international flights. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone!

The room was nice. The staff seemed stupid. The room was nice but the staff was not very helpful or smart. No one came to take our bags upstairs, the internet didn't work, some of the staff seemed a bit condescending, others seemed clueless about when the next bus to the airport arrived. Overall, I'd say this was a pretty average hotel.

" As a first-time traveler to Japan, I was impressed with, and relieved by, the easy access to the blessedly FREE airport shuttle. Even better, when our chock-full airport shuttle arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a LARGE staff contingent, some to schlep bags, and some to RAPIDLY register everyone....and EVERYONE seemed genuinely happy to greet us."

Very convenient to Narita airport for connecting flight. None. Discovered that they have a free shuttle to the Mini Stop Store that leaves the hotel @10 p.m. to pick up late dinner, snacks before going to Narita to catch their connecting flight.

"Room was comfortable for a 3-star hotel. Hotel restaurants were expensive compared to airport restaurants. Shuttle bus to Narita Airport was convenient but only one sometimes two shuttles per hour. My room was on 7th floor but, still, many mosquitos in the room. Bring something for relief of itching from mosquito bites."

Friendly staff. Small rooms. Inexpensive, clean, sufficient rooms and super convenient and close to the airport. The airport and town shuttles were great as were the helpful, friendly staff.
