This hotel has been recently renovated into a modern and clean facility. Every room has a balcony with an ocen view. This hotel is in a fantastic location for all of the activities the GoldCoast has to offer and Surfers Paradise beach is across the street. The staff is attentive and friendly. Internet service is 22 daily, not 5 daily as listed in the hotel profile. The hotel has a fanastic pool area and tennis courts as well as a great gym and spa. I was extremely pleased with this hotels location, cleanliness and overall value.

Overall, the hotel is in a good location and price is reasonable. But the housekeeping did a very poor cleaning job and there was a clear lack of communication between levels of management. We had to make a second request to get our room clean. I think this sort of service is rather unacceptable given the hotel rating and the price charged.

Had a beautiful room on the 18 floor with a great ocean view, the room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable with modern applicances and decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. I am a Priority Privilege Member, thank you for the privilege....

Faultless! Clean and friendly without invasion. When I requested 2 toothbrushes for my children (who had left theirs at home), housekeeping had a "can do" attitude and delivered them within minutes. When I lost my phone and called housekeeping to check if by some remote chance it had been handed in, housekeeping delivered it to my room on the 18th floor within minutes. Fantastic service, I'll be back.

A really central place to stay, just park your car in the free parking and walk to the beach or shops or cafes... that is if you have to leave the hotel, everything you really need is already there!!

Was a nice, well placed hotel in the heart of Surfers. Very clean. Nice pools. Looks like it has been "done up" recently. Would highly recommend, and will be staying there again.

Conveniently located to all the main eateries and the beach. Good facilities for the kids if we did not have time for the beach. We had a nice time!

I cannot figure out the nessesity of the window and blind between the bedroom area and the bathroom. It seemed like a last minute design addition in attempt to make it a little different. I just don't understand its need. Just a note, I had a great relaxing time and the place was lovely.

This hotel is very well located. It only takes no longer than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The rooms are very clean and the service is good too. Beside is a chemist and there is a bus stop in front of it. The bus stop in front could take you to places you wanted. Well the hotel staff members were very friendly and they always helped us the best possible way. I recommend you to stay here in Holiday Inn. The pricing is very good and it is even cheaper than some 3 star hotels. If you have 2 adults and 2 children this hotel don't have to pay for a extra person. Unlike some hotels you have to pay for extra persons which we had 2. This hotel is very good and i would come here again.
