Good location, friendly staff. Orbitz rooms were in the "non-updated" section of the hotel, but for the price we were satisfied with our accomodations.

I Travelled with a 3Yr old an a 15 yr old they both loved it the pool was very spacious an clean. The room was a comfortable size for my family an very clean the people at the hotel were very friendly an helpful. There were lots of activities in the hotel an at the pool for the kids. the parks were very close by an the shuttle bus was fine the driver was very friendly an also helpful. There was a variety of places to eat at walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.Already planning for next years vacation.

We found the room to smell moldy and in need of maybe fresh carpet. Housekeeping was very poor and sloppy. The staff allowed a large party of hotel guests to hold a very loud and wild party past midnight. A number of these guests roamed the parking lot holding bottles of champagne. We thought that this was a family style hotel. When we complained to the front desk, the clerk hung up on me. Unfortunately, we decided to cut our stay short, insist on a refund and found another hotel. That was our experience. Hopefully, it was an isolated incidence.

Kids suites were perfect to accommodate our family. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay there again in our next family vacation.

My family and I expect more of this hotel. We needed to change rooms because the urine smell was impossible. The new room was good, but outside very unclean. Truly, I think that the pay is expensive for commodities that bring us to the hotel.

Stayed here 2 yrs ago and it was great. This time was terrible. Stayed here mainly for the kids club which was almost non existant. I called the week before to check the hours of the kids club- was told hours varied daily. Found out it was only open 2 nights a week for 5 hrs a night after we checked in. The ammenities actualy got worse during our stay. They quit giving free newspapers in the middle of the week. They discontinued lunch room service in the middle of the week. They doubled the price of the almost non-existant kids club. Only half of the elevators in our wing worked and we were on the 6th floor. I had to request the room be cleaned twice because they just never showed up to do it during the day. The attraction shuttles were reduced to needing 24 hour notice instead of every day on demand. I tried to rebook through Travelocity but was not happy with their respose to our problem. They wanted us to check out immediately with no guaranty they could rebook us in a comparable hotel. We may have had to stay somewhere at twice the price or been forced to take credit for our unused nights an find a new hotel on our own. I'll never stay here again and will wait for Travelocity's respose to see if I will ever use their services again- probably not.

The kids' suites, with the separate "room" and 2 bunk beds for the kids was great. They also had their own TV. A small refrigerator and microwave in those suites were good for snacks and drinks. There was also a safe in the room - also a coffeemaker and iron/ironing board. I felt the gratuities added on the breakfast buffet were excessive, but children eat free at the buffet as long as there is an adult also eating - one per child. Shuttle to Disney did not run as often as we'd like - it was convenient but slow. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Fantastic hotel for travelers with kids. Poolside movie nice touch. For a kid friendly hotel, the restaurant menu was very kid unfriendly. Fantastic rooms for kids, including bunk beds and personal space. Pool was clean and spacious. The poolside movie was a hit with the kids. Very convenient access to theme parks and surrounding restaurants. Really made the kids feel like they were on a special vacation.

I stayed here in August 2008 with my husband, and 2 kids (ages 6,7). Overall the hotel was great for the kids, the pool was excellent and since it stayed open till 11 the kids loved diving in after a long day at the parks and gave us time to relax. The rooms were large but very poorly distributed, there were only 3 drawers to use for 4 people, in the kids suites I had to put my kids clothes in the desk drawers since we were there for 7 days, the room needed more drawers. The room was big enough but dont really know why they did not put more furniture in the room. The halls and the stairs were really dirty and the Kids Club is a joke they were only open 2 days a week for 5 hours, so since we went during the week we were never able to leave the kids there and go to Pleasure Island or anything like that. The cleaning staff was excellent, one day we left around 9 and for some reason we had to go back to the room at 10 and it was already cleaned, I was so surprised. The location is excellent, very close to every park possible and near great restaurants and stores. I will stay at this hotel everytime we go to Disney, hopefully they will add more furniture for the drawer space.

Stayed 6 days and 5 nights with a 4 and 5 yr old and two teenagers 16. The hotel is a great place to stay and would stay again. The pool offers great down time for parents while offering great pool activities for the kids or you can sit back watch a movie @ the theatre in the hotel shown 8am to 10pm with a different movie each time and each day. The hotel restaurant is good place to eat breakfast but not worth the money for dinner, the food is not all that great. You may want to rent a car because there not that many choices of restaurants near the hotel but there are a few. If you plan on going to any of the disney parks the hotel offers a shuttle bus but may have to stand they do pick up from another hotel. Cabs are little expensive so i advise you use the shuttle.

The KidSuite was great both for the kids and the adults. It was easier to get the kids to bed while we were able to stay up and watch some TV.

Great location to WDW and other attractions. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Renovation in half the wings. Loud movie noise on Saturday night audible with door closed. OK for older children (young ones kept up by noise).

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Room service was quck and HOT. Pool Bar very nice. Room was nice size and clean, bed was very hard I traveled with my husband no children, the hotel was very family friendly. We would stay there again.

Went for business. Pool clean and good size. whirlpool not working. Poolside bar never opened went in mid june with 95 degree weather and could've used a frosty drink poolside after a long day (had to walk to bar in lobby in wet bathing suit to get drink). Rooms were clean but not well maintained (could use some updating) Had trash truck picking up hotel trash at 6am on saturday and sunday(noisy and ?why so early) no in-room safe which is advertised in hotel info book. no room service or pool use after 11pm. staff friendly and informative. location good...easy to get to other destinations.

i've never had a vacation where the hotel was PART of the fun. pool is huge - tons of deck chairs. tip: bring your own goggles/floaties because they are for sale on site at 7 - 9 each and the kids will want/need them if participating in the pool activities. saturday night movie poolside was relaxing. pool open til 11 which even after a long day at a park, my kids still had energy to swim and wore themselves out each night. they loved it. pool was also very clean - nothing "scary" looking floating around - never got the ick sensation about it at all. loved breakfast buffet - extensive assortment that pleased each of my three extremely picky eaters. we thought it was a great value: including beverages, tax and tip, it was 26. yes, you can get a few biscuits at the fast food for cheaper but for the convenience of NOT having to drive somewhere to eat plus the incredible selection, it was the high light of our day, especially considering we ate essentially junk food in the parks all day. omelette guy rocks and definitely worth the extra 5 minute or so wait for custom eggs!! for the volume of people the small restaurant has to handle, the staff are all amazingly efficient and quite pleasant. we never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seated. the kid suite room was less private than i would have liked but lets face it: this was a kid vacation, not an adult one. bathroom was extremely roomy so you can bathe/dress several at once. never been more pleased with a hotel.

Wireless internet and tv did not work in our first room. Also, we were unaware that we were staying in the unremodeled part of the hotel. Staff was hesitant to fix our problem and we had to force them to get a security guard to show us another room where the internet worked. We had problems with the lock and with the toilet in our second room.
