Ocean front. Couldn't get internet connection on my computer in room. Very nice place to stay with friendly staff. We have stayed there 4 times.

I was alone in Mexico and needed a safe hotel. I was pleased with service, she included free breakfast buffets for every morning (3) The food was excellent. the staff was excellent, The pool and beach were beautiful! I'm going back as soon as I can and I'm taking my husband this time. I felt completely safe and I slept like a baby. Mazatlan is fantastic in the spring.

The hotel was beautiful and very close to the beach. There was nothing I did not like. I was very impressed with the hotel. It had a beautiful beach area and the staff was very nice. It was very clean.

Booked for a queen bed, given two doubles. Asked reception offered to pay more for queen and was told they did not have any queens left. Had to bribe another receptionist into giving us a queen and had to pay extra on top of bribe! Smell in room horrible, humidifier only worked on the first night then broke down. There was a hurricane so we had to stay indoors heavy winds and heavy rain; the icing was that water started to seep through the windows! Rooms need to be better maintained.

Really liked the hotel room ocean view overlooking the pool too. The beds were hard as hell and really uncomfortable! Overall our hotel stay was very pleasant. I was surprised at the high quality of this Holiday Inn Resort since most Holiday Inns can be pretty moderate. The ocean view was really pretty (minus the tree blocking part of the view). The pool could've been more heated and this hotel should definitely think about getting a big Jacuzzi or Jacuzzi rooms to keep travelers at the hotel during colder months. Overall the room was very clean, well maintained, nice spacious bathroom. I'd recommend this hotel to friends!

First time in Mexico,couldn't of stayed a better hotel. Service was excellent,staff friendly and helpful.Only thing wrong pushy time share people,but the same every where.Staff were cleaning all the time,not like some of the other hotels we looked in.Can hardly wiat to return to Mexico again
