The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect, but the internet was only up a few hours a day. Despite my many calls, it was never fixed during my four day stay.

I just stayed for the NCAA basketball games. The room loooked new, so I asked at the front desk and they told me all the rooms had just been rennovated. Thuis is the best location if you are a sports fan. The bar was really nice and was filled for the games. I had tickets and wlked to the arena. I thought the service was very good. No complaints.

I would like to fairly warn anyone wanting to stay at this establishment. DONT.... we were there for only a one night stay. It was by far the worst one night of my life. Im making it my life long goal to deter as many potential victims as possible from patronizing these idiots. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Staff, managers and corporate are unbelieveably unhelpful and rude. They can keep the coupon vouchers, i am never staing at a holiday in again after this experience. They care only about your money and not at all about your stay. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, totally incompetent. what a joke.......

You can't beat the convenience to the sporting venues. We booked our room so we wouldn't have to drive home after a concert. It was great to be able to shower and change between the tailgate and the concert - especially since it was 90 degrees / 100% humidity outside. However, we when returned to the room after the concert, it was nearly impossible to sleep - the air conditioner would kick completely off after cooling the room to the set temperature. When it would kick back on, it was very loud. Figuring it kicked on and off about every 10 minutes, I figure I maybe got a good hours-worth of sleep the entire night. It was a bit frustrating. Even so, I'd stay there again for a summer concert - can't beat having the ability to shower and not having to fight traffic after the event.

I went to Philly for a job interview so I was expecting some shuttle service from airport to hotel. To my surprise it wasnt there and I had to take a cab all the way to hotel. Also there is only 1 restaurant in the hotel which left me with no other option. Higher management was friendly but front desk staff is ok(not attractive). Rest everything was fine

Great staff. I was caught in the bind when I missed my flight. They allowed me to check in early, and thus I was able to rest and relax .

the hotel is what it is, it is situated next to all of the Philadelphia sports teams stadiums. If you are going to the game the place is perfect, no driving-drink and go to your room to sleep. Bathroom is small, place is not the cleanest, I have walked into my room after check-in to find housekeeping person watching TV in the room. The people working at the hotel are nice. Forgot to bring a bottle opener, they would not bring one to me (what hotel does not have a bottle opener for their guests?) but did say I can bring my bottles to the bar and they would open it for me. If going to a sporting event in Philadelphia this hotel is great, if looking for a nice place to stay, this is not it.

If you're only going to a game, stay here. If you're planning on checking out the sites of Philly, don't stay here. The bed was horribly uncomfortable - flat and hard as a rock. The entire decor - from the bedding to the carpet - was totally dated. The hotel served it's purpose for us though - sleep (albeit restless), shower, and right next to the ballpark.

The holiday inn was in a great location for the phily sports complex (football, baseball, basketball, and hockey stadiums) but away from the heart of phily but it wasn't that hard to get to. (see helpful hint)

There is a certain quality of comfort that you come to expect from a Holiday Inn. Do not expect it here. The hotel was in it's first state of disrepair. There were only 2 elevators, one was broken the whole weekend, and the other was broken half of the weekend, leaving guests to use the service elevator or the stairs, which were not easily located. The food left something to be desired, and the prices did little to recommend the food there anyhow. The hotel was very loud at night. I was frequently woken up at 2 in the morning by people in the hall. The "buisiness center" as they call it consisted of 2 computers, including one that was only a screen and a keyboard (no tower), and a printer that was so old, I expected it to blow up when turned on. There was no paper in the printer and the ink cartridge had been taken out. When asked to replace paper and the ink cartridge, the staff took over an hour to replace it. I finally called a cab and left. When I left an hour and a half after asking them to replace the paper and ink, so I could print my boarding pass for my flight, they had still not replaced it. The room was a comfortable size and the only thing I can complain about there is the fact the bed felt like sleeping on a concrete slab. I woke stiff and sore every morning and would have had better luck sleeping in the bath tub. When I checked out, they tried to charge me 300 for my stay, when I had already paid through the travel website. I highly recommend nevery staying here.

A very busy Graduation weekend and actually spent little time in the hotel and were not able to take advantage of amenities. Did miss a refrigerator & microwave in the room, though. With the Orbitz Package, the hotel was fine, but the BUDGET AUTO RENTAL EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL! Budget would NOT provide us with our pre-paid car because we did not have a major credit card to "hold a deposit". They refused to use our Regions Bank Debit Visa Card, and we had to use a taxi the first night and next day. We finally were successful in renting a car through Dollar Auto Rental, using our debit card. It was a Very Bad experience with Budget! Do we get any type of reimbursement or future discounts, etc., since our package therefore did NOT include the rental car?

I liked that it was close to the airport. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. When trying to check in, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Then the front desk agent tried to help the gentleman behind me even though I had been there first. I went to the bar for dinner and none of the bartenders would wait on me. They served all the male guests around me, but didn't once ask if I needed anything. I had to have one of them men sitting next to me tell the bartender I wanted to order food to get their attention. I can not believe that the Holiday Inn allows this type of customer service. It was absolutely miserable staying at this hotel.

I loved my room it had a couch, and the bed was comfortable. The door got stuck & I was locked inside. Great hotel especially for the price I received from Priceline!
