Stayed there on my visit to Clearwater to take in a few Phillies spring training games. A good location. It was about 10 minutes to Bright House Field and about 20 minutes to the beach. The hotel was exremely clean and the staff was very helpful. Definitely would recommend aaand stay there again.

The staff at the hotel were great. The room was small. The staff at the hotel was accommodating and friendly. They had a good selection of TV channels - more than several other hotels in the area. The lobby looks fancy. The internet works well and it is free. However, the room is very small. It is probably the smallest I have ever stayed in. It also gets very bad cell phone signal. I was disappointed because the fitness center was closed for renovation.

I waited untill remodel was finished.........wow am i regreting now. Terrible service, my room was dirty when I checked in. I also waited to talk to someone in sales about future business to no suprise they were all gone and it was only 4:15 on a tuesday. Good luck getting my companies business back

The staff was incredible and made me feel so welcome. Especially the General Manager, Mr. X. The hotel was flawless. This is the only hotel I will stay at in the area. Highly recommended for business and family visits.

It was not overcrowded, we had the pool all to ourselves, and for the price we paid, it was a very nice hotel! No mini fridges in the room. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. My family and I booked two rooms and when we got there, the rooms were side by side, and there was a door that you could open up to get into the other room. It made it very convenient for us. It was also a very nice looking place. It didn't look like most hotels. The bedding was beautiful, the room was upscale looking, and the staff was very helpful. When we checked out, my nephew left his glasses, when we returned hours later to find them, they had them at the desk, wrapped up carefully in a bag so they wouldn't get scratched. I thought that was very considerate!

The bed was fantastic. The front desk staff was GREAT! No refrigerator in room. We had a wonderful relaxing 2 days here. The food in the restaurant was great as was the food at the restaurant next door (walking distance)!

Style and overall appearance. Front desk staff not helpful, drilling in next room at 10 am whirlpool too hot and pool not heated, cleaning staff unfriendly, breakfast buffet poor. Overall appearance and style very attractive and clean, loud as next to the airport so not really for a vacation, more for the business traveler, front desk staff not helpful and cleaning staff lazy and unfriendly.

The beds were so comfortable. I had one encounter with a rude worker. Great breakfast buffet with reasonable price. Very friendly staff and nice bar for older people.
