It was satisfactory as far as a quick overnight. I would prefer it not be on a loud street.

Inconvenient to get to from Highway 22 W. Also inconveneint gong in other direction to get to Westfield. Very ordinary in most ways. Not visually attractive. My room was small and had a stale smell. Common area was small.

Stayed here as business traveler. Located on Rt 22 and very difficult to access. Rt 22 has very heavy traffic and not accessible due to large cement median. Wireless internet did not work in the room. Located about 10 mile from airport. Has restaurant that serves room service. Food is good. Sometimes water temperature varies when taking showers. When I was there on this stay, a large group of students was also there so hotel was very noisy. Facility is somewhat run down. Close to a lot of restaurants and diners. I only stay here due to to its close proximity of the airport.

Location and parking space. For the cost it was not up to standard, needs upgrading in everything, smell not pleasant. As mentioned above hotel needs to be upgraded if continuing to charge the rates applicable, from bathroom, beds, carpet, pictures etc.

This was one stop in a 3 week auto trip. Of the seven motels in which we stayed, it was by far the most expensive and the least acceptable. Wallpaper was falling off the walls. The desk staff couldn't get our phone to work--after four requests from us for assistance. And it was DIRTY!

Easy in and out. Bad mattress. This hotel was a perfect location for what I needed it for, but don't expect any fancy frills.

This hotel fit our need- one night, simple stay close to friends house for family event. We barely needed to be there, but it was just fine. Indoor pool was a bonus to occupy son for an extra hour or something. Appreciate complimentary bfast buffet availability, free parking. A little hard to get to, esp if you miss turn off Rte 22, but that isn't fault of hotel- typical Jersey Wall/divided highway thing.

Difficult location to find. Showers are not three star quality. Surrounding area of hotel was not very scenic and was very congested with traffic. Area behind hotel on Mountain Avenue was nice but only found by luck. The staff was friendly and cooperative. For the business traveler the hotel is probably ok.
