OUr room was extremely comfortable and almost non hotel like. As a bed and breakfast owner, this is quite important to me. The Beds and pillows were GREAT! We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was surprisingly good. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Holiday Inn Spokane is a recommendation. Two thumbs up!

I liked being able to request a crib for the room and pet friendly. The pool area was great & restaurant good and convenient. Convenient location minutes from both airport and downtown. The room was clean and cribs were available upon request. Room service was quick and the food was decent.

Clean, quiet, free wifi, room service, restaurant on property and friendly service. I'm picky when it comes to hotels and usually don't stay in a Holiday Inn. This one was recommended to me and (except for the bed and linen quality) it was as nice as some some 4 star hotels I've stayed in. The restaurant service on Saturday morning was slow and the food was only okay but I didn't expect much from it so that was fine. I will stay here again.

The proximity to the airport and the business amenities made my stay at the Holiday Inn Spokane easy and a pleasure. It is a great value for the price! I appreciated the newness of the facilities and the cheerful attitudes of the room service, front desk and van service employees. I would definitely stay at your hotel during my next trip to Spokane.

Clean, nice staff. Tray from someone's room service in hallway all day. We stayed in Spokane at Airway Heights at the Holiday Inn because it was close to relatives. It was pretty close to the Quest Casino also, which turned out to be very nice. Good staff, nice place.

The Staff was extremely helpful in directing us to good restaurants and the hotel Driver was very attentive to our needs. Their first suggestion of restaurants was the hotel restaurant.

Quiet. Nothing. A very quiet location set back a ways from the road. Nicely landscaped, providing a rural feeling. Ample parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and large room. Free internet. What more could you want?

"I came to this hotel because the next morning i had to get up at 4:00am to go to Walt Disney World, and they would not let me out of the lobby!!!!When I got to Walt disney world in Florida, I was why more pleased!!"

The restaurant was in total disarray. The general manager finally came out and picked up the tab for everybody's meals and drinks. The service was non-existent and the food was ill-prepared and cold.

"This hotel beat my image of what a Holiday Inn is like (based on the one in my town). Rooms had very nice decor, food was good (children eat free) and service was excellent, including a newspaper outside our door each morning. We would gladly stay here again."

Close to the airport. Not a lot of good restaurants close. Good overall, nice rooms and safe area. Close to the airport, but I really couldn't find much around there to grab a bite to eat, but maybe I just didn't know my way around.

Was very close to a lot of stores and freeway. The girl helping us didn't really seem to know what she was doing. There was no shampoo and the mouth wash had already been opened.

The staff was helpful. There is very limited parking available. It is a nice hotel though I would not rate it upscale. It is definitely at the top of the 2.5 list.

Rooms were very clean and well supplied. Room service was great. Only draw back was it was a short distance from downtown. Out near Airport. I would give the hotel and staff a very good rating. Facilities were clean and nicely furnished. Staff was friendly and accommodating and room service was great.

Front desk people were friendly and nice. Rooms were not keep cleanup on a daily basis. Room was okay front desk people were nice friendly and very helpful but the housekeeping staff looked as if they were not to thorough in the jobs of cleaning especially in the bathroom.
