Location. Bed linens were terrible! I had to cover pillow with my clothing to sleep on it. This hotel was fine as far as cleanliness, etc. Thehuge problem was the bed linens. They were so scratchy that we had to cover our pillows with t-shirts from our luggage in order to sleep on them. The sheets were also bad, but I had nothing else to use!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Southwest in May and was delighted with the entire hotel experience. They have had a renovation and the hotel delivered much more than I expected.

Comfort of room. Neighborhood bordered on being sketchy, but was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located next to interstate and on main road in southern part of Louisville.

The staff was incredibly helpful. The location ideal for our needs. We arrived hours after their electricity had been restored post Hurricane Ike and everyone was terrific. It's definitely a Holiday Inn, nothing to write home about, but totally serviceable, and the staff quality brings it up to a whole different level.

Great customer service, Clean! I was not impressed with the location of the hotel. My overall experience with this hotel was great! I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before and I must admit that I was a little nervous. The neighborhood in which this hotel was located didn't make my nervousness any better. However, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Friendly, helpful staffandclean rooms. Location wasnot in the best part of town. This hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and affordable. The swimming pool was nice, but there was no hot tub. The hotel doesn't seem to be in the best part of town. I felt safe inside the hotel, however. Overall this was a good experience.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Didn't have enough luggage carts. Overall this was an awesome hotel for the price. I highly recommend it especially for Paranormal Investigators heading to Waverly Hills Sanitarium. Its right down the street.
