Stayed here for with family, non business travel. 4 adults, 3 kids, 2 rooms. Clean, great pool, breakfast was below par, taxis park outside of hotel, good location.

Clean room, warm pool, better than average number of TV channels. Only one public access computer in lobby, parking spaces were tight. Decent hotel, nothing special. Restaurant okay with decent prices. Rooms are clean. Nice to have the full range of cable channels for a change. The swimming pool was about 80F which my wife thought was great. Check in/out was fast and staff was friendly. Poorly designed parking garage results in tight spaces and have to be very careful parking and leaving.

I recently had surgery and had requested that extra pillows be in my room on our arrival date and they were defiantely there. I was impressed on how immaculate the room was. Meals were fantastic. We stayed for 2 days until i was well enough to travel. I will stay there again!

We went to Winnipeg to visit family and the hotel provided comfort after our busy days. The room was large providing a small couch and sitting area. The breakfasts were great and the staff quick to serve us. The choice of pillows was great to see .. (often there is no choice given.) The room warmed up quickly which was needed in the -40 below temperatures we were getting. Plug ins were there for the car and there was some protection for the vehicles with the covered parking lot. All in all it was a positive experience. We did not do any shopping this trip so cannot comment on the proximity to malls, etc.

Location was good for my purposes, clean. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. Parking with a travel trailer was an issue, and we ended up parking in a next to the police local headquarter, good for safety!

The most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. Parking are was extremely cramped. A clean, comfortable hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The fitness room is small, but well equipped.

Very comfortable, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Restaurant service very slow. Found overall stay very comfortable. Quiet, secure building, would stay again and recommend.

The food in the restaurant is delicious! The front staff are friendly and the top manager know how to turn a terrible experience into a good one. The internet technical support staff that they contract out is terrible. The food was great, front staff was friendly, very clean hotel, but not very modern decor, but who's looking when you are sleeping. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are fantastic. The rooms are also very clean.

Convenient to public transport, supermarket and university. Rooms smelled of smoke. Staff reluctant to acknowledge. I had to be persistent to get a clean air room. Convenient location close to public transport, grocery store, university. Facilities such as excercise room helpful to relieve stress and maintain fitness. Indoor pool also available.

Pool stayed open until 11:00 pm. Parking spaces are quite tight. Overall, good hotel with a convenient location for South End Winnipeg business.

Pool was warm. No pool towels and room fridge froze food. Staff was not helpful, nest or other under bed. There was a note in the hotel room asking that we put all our pool towels out in the hall so that they could launder them and return them clean to the pool area for the next people. So, at 10 pm, I gathered up all five pool towels from out hotel room floor and put them in the hotel corridor. At 9:30 am the next day, the dirty towels were all still in the corridor outside our room. We went to the pool, swam and then looked for clean towels. There were none. So, the five of us had to take the elevator up soaking wet with no towels. When I asked cleaning staff on our floor for clean towels (as I stood there soaking wet) they looked at their stack of clean towels and then replied, "These are not pool towels". How helpful. Also, the room fridge offered no indication that it could freeze the food. However, all the fruit and milk that I put in there ended up frozen solid. So, all was trash. Also, under my bed was fabric hanging with some mattress/shreds in a pile. It looked nasty. Not impressed with this place.

If we ate in the on site restaurant the kids ate free, we have 3 kids! Great! I expected the food quality in the restaurant to be better for the prices. Overall, we had a nice stay. My husband, three children and I were quite comfortable and the kids had a wonderful time in the pool and play area. The staff was very professional and helpful, quick and courteous even when we found an error on our check-out bill. Having the kids eat free in the restaurant was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated as eating out with a family of 5 can be very costly over a two day stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to other friends and family and I'm sure we will stay there again in the future. Thank you!

Location. Bathroom was smelly - not acceptable. The bathroom was not clean and even after notifying the front desk it never changed - maybe sewer gas. They changed our room on 3rd night and offered free breakfast which had some fruit but basically a plate of greasy potatoes. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Pool, spa, gym, newspaper, fruit at desk. No breakfast included. Definitely met all needs.

Great hotel when accessing by car, excellent secure and well lit parking on three levels. Fitted sheets that don' t fit, you wake up with the pad and fitted sheet in middle of bed.
