The front desk was as helpful as could be. Very friendly. A relatively clean hotel with a great recreation/pool area. Hotel Restaurant was...ok, overpriced. No continental breakfast...why?

Convenient to where I needed to be and had a pool for the kids. Towels at the pool were very worn and small.

We had a great experiece at this hotel. The indoor pool and game area was great for kids. The rooms were clean and the staff at the front desk were very kind. Nice place to stay, is near the Mall and good places to eat.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and seems to get better everytime. Plenty of parking and a helpful, professional staff. After a long drive check in was last then 5 minutes. Rooms are very clean and quiet and access to all rooms is easy with close by parking. A bonus is free internet in the rooms!

Pools, ping pong, service, rooms, fresh cookies every day. The restaurant, pool table. The Overall hotel was nice. The only fault in the hotel was the restaurant. Very bad service. Nice hotel just don't dine in the restaurant. Pool was great. 2 pools one indoor the other outdoor. Arcade.

Terrible experience, lost reservation, then had it under wrong name, then booked and charged us twice. No heat in lobby or restaurant. Dirty holidome area. Poor dining area and selection, not courteous, green stuff floating in pool. Internet service was down entire time we were there. No control, had 30 people in next two rooms, anyone could have wandered in and out of that hotel, because they had no one monitoring it. Very small pool, and very dirty. No management or people with management skills. Very unequipped and unprofessional. Spent half the stay trying to get items corrected.

The customer service was outstanding. I too on a chill during my stay at the hotel - the front desk was very friendly, they delivered an extra blanket in a timely manner and were very friendly. They helped us locate the Amtrax terminal and printed out a map. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Thanks to the Holiday Inn - St. Louis South our trip was very enjoyable.

The pool and game area! Didn't see a elevator to get our luggage to the 2nd floor. My 14 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay! The pool was nice and the game area was cool! I got to work out a bit and the room was nice! I'd stay here again in a heart beat!

We had a great time! The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The indoor pool area was the best part, it was clean and had fresh towels poolside. The arcaide games, ping-pong, and pool table make it a grat place to take the kids. It also had a resturant and bar for the adults. Great time!

when we return to st. louis on our next trip we will for sure stay at the holiday inn again the staff treated us very well.we ate at the restaurant there and the food was wonderful.our room was very clean. i definitely give this hotel an A rating. anyone going to st. louis i would suggest staying at this hotel.

The game room and the pool all in one location. The hotel was great. And having a little pool not a kiddie one foot of water but a pool for little kids (2 1/2 feet at the most) with a fountain spraying was great. My wife and I could enjoy the hot tub and my child could enjoy the little pool while we watched a few feet away. The location was great for restaurants and activities also.

As soon as I walked into this hotel I was greated by the front desk staff. As I was being checked in I was enrolled in the Priorty Club which is a great club to be apart of because it's free and I accumulate points after my stay. Once I got to my room EVERYTHING was clean and also the room had the most comfortable beds of any other hotel room I've ever stayed in. Anytime i was in the hallway I was greated by everyone that worked there. This was a great hotel to take my children because of the pool and game room. It really gave my kids something to look forward to. The location of the hotel is perfect because it's close to all the great shopping centers that St. Louis has to offer. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. I really felt like I was at home while I was at Holiday Inn South.

The pools/hot tub were great. Tons of games. Very good breakfast for a great price. Free internet access was fantastic. Nothing. This hotel would be the perfect place for families to meet. The general area is huge and full of games from video games old and new to ping pong and pool. The pool area is large and easy to use. A great hotel all around. Free internet made keeping in contact with the office a breeze. The breakfast was delicious and a very decent price.

We requested additional towels as for 5 people there was only 2 large towels, the rest hand towels. We never received them. We ended up bringing some from the pool area. Found the outside pool to be in need of a good cleaning. When our breakfast was brought to the table, it was cold.In the morning when we checked out, we found our vehicle had been broken in to and the GPS stolen. We were the third one that morning to report a break in. The staff didn't seem overly concerned about this, which we found un-nerving. The least they could have done was discounted our bill for this. Make sure you do not leave anything in your vehicle.

Nice beds and nice size rooms. The bathroom was small. This was a great hotel. I wish we could have spent more time there to use all the facilities, but basically it was used for a bed and shower.

we stayed here one night-the rooms were dirty-the service really bad-food when we got it was cold-not enough towels in room and to top it off when we went to our vehicle in the morning some low life had brken in and stole my gps and did $1300 in damage to my new van. all they could say was we are so sorry while standing out in the hot heat waiting for police with 2 kids hot as heck. security there is non so please take this into consideration, the pools were filty and stunk and the hot tub smelled really bad, the kiddie pool inside has green stuff growing on the sides. i wish someone would have written a review and been honest here so we would have never picked this place to stay.

The holidayed was awesome for people with kids. No complimentary beak feast. This was the perfect hotel for our trip. It was clean, friendly, and located right off the interstate. My children loved the "holidayed play area" in the indoor courtyard. We will stay here again.

Pool and game area, staff very nice. Coffee pot filthy, pillows very uncomfortable, poolside done not mean poolside. Over all we like the hotel we have been there a few times but I did not like that I paid for a pool-side room but was given a second floor room and was told that was still considered pool-side, I really did not enjoy running up and down stairs all day long for an extra 30+ dollars, I belong to a club already. Secondly the coffee pot was gross I made a pot and had already drunk a cup when I saw a bunch of scum floating in the bottom. Thirdly they need to provide feather pillows for those who do not sleep well or at all on foam pillows. Thank you for listening.

"good solid holiday inn. we travel often. we always return here when in the area. good location, restaurant good, near everything we need and we like how it is by itself in it's location-- nothing else jammed into same parking area. we would definitely recommend it."

Handicap room was accessible; clean; and bed was fabulous. N/A The physical location of the motel was excellent; the room was clean; the bedding and pillows were very comfortable.
