ImascotA nice Hotel spoiled for the business traveller by the constant presence of young (noisy) children at meal times and in the pool.I would only return to this hotel if the hours young children are allowed in the above areas were restricted in some way, not allowed before 08:00 and after 20:30 for example, in order to give the business traveller some quiet time.

Friendly, helpful staff, nice services. Location was far to the south of the town, resulting in high taxi costs.

The receptionist allowed me to check in very early--much appreciated after 14 hours playing sardines on a BA flight from Hong Kong. The room was very quiet and the room service was excellent.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive. It was good to have a resturaunt on site. We were not told until checkout that only one breakfast came with the room and it added quite abit to our final bill. We would probably use the hotel again because of its location to Heathrow Airport.
