The room was nice clean and near shopping centers. The food was good and the Hotel staff was very professional.

It's been many years since I stayed in a Holiday Inn, but was extremely pleased with this one. We arrived too early to check in, went to the USC-LSU game, then returned. The check-in process was extremely quick and the front desk personnel were friendly and responsive - both when we arrived earlier and when we actually checked in. The accomodations were clean and spacious and certainly a good price. Based on this experience, I will not hesitate to include Holiday Inn's as a possible destination in future travel plans.

I had to remove dead bugs from my bathroom. My coffee pot in my room did not work on my last day. I had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs. And the room service menu was very limited and I was not impressed with my food. Only four hangers to use.

The location was good. The TV didn't work. The hotel lobby area was nice. The room was plain and lacked personality. The TV didn't work, but I was too tired to move my stuff to another one at the end of the day. It did have Wi-Fi and that saved the day.

Upon arrival in the lobby we were impressed. There was a beautiful water fall, pool and restuarant. When we opened the door to the room we were greeted with a horrilbe smell from the bathroom. The carpet/room smelt of mold. The cleaning crew skipped our room during service time. The front desk sent someone immediately to replace towels and fix the beds. I don't think they clean after every guess, I think they just ""straighten up"". Try not to stay in the tower, it's old. Try the newer rooms on the side. Or go to a smaller and newer hotels in the area.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn previously and it was very nice. However this time I was put in an older run-down section and I did not enjoy my stay.The A/C shreiked in the middle of the night until I turned it off. Housekeeping did not clean my room or make the beds after my first night there. I would reccomend this hotel ONLY if you can get an interior room in the newer,better kept part of the hotel.

Wireless internet. Exterior doors, placed in unattractive section of hotel, back near dumpster, felt unsafe at times. Room odor. I would just say it was average. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free wireless internet was also nice.

A car parked near ours out fron of the hotel, near the service road, had its windows broken out. Overall a good Holiday Inn. Baton Rouge is not a very safe place in my estimation.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Some of the towels were not all the way clean. Perfect hotel for business travel.

Rooms were large and appeared to be recently redecorated. Location is on a congested street. Very clean, very pleasant large rooms. Appear to have been recently redecorated. Comfortable beds, good work area. Short on amenities. Probably would qualify for a 2 1/2 star rather than the 2 star rating.
