Coming up from FLorida the staff was very understanding about the differences in weather. They had a great little bar/rest. that had great food and was at a reasonable price.

Very friendly, professional, prompt service, good food and spacious rooms. We liked everything in this hotel. Overall we liked the three day stay and would recommend to all our friends.

The hotel buliding looks good but the hot water pool was sealed, all equippment at the gym room are brokendown. The owrst thing is nobody cleaning the room unless you specified them to do so everyday. The staffs used guest elevators to loading the linens.

This hotel is one of 4 on Davidson Avenue. Access to I 287 is great as well as location to the convention center, Rutgers University and more. Hotel is a bit worn with the carpets and layout. Room ok, but the bathroom door opens into the room creating access problems. Mirrored closet doors were off the track when we checked in. Bathroom vent was not powered so steam from the showers lingered for a long time. Suitable if you are crashing for the night.

Easy to get in and out. Especially nice if you want to visit customers who are in the NJ suburbs without having to deal with traffic in and out of NYC.

Location. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. Very rude staff. Did not co-operate with us. The staff was not patient while talking to us and they sered meat in our vegetarian breakfast. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The Holiday Inn New Brunswick was comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. The beds were triple sheeted which I prefer. The hotel staff was friendly, everything was in good shape. It was convienent to Rutgers University and shopping.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. Only one desk clerk, check in a little slow.

The Holiday Inn Somerset is well worth the reasonable price you pay. You will find everything you need under one large roof. A sports bar, a resturant that doubles as a night club on the weekends, a small store, pool, many large conference rooms, room service including breakfast and to many others to mention. The rooms are very clean and include a beautiful bathroom done in marble. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. The best part of the stay was the personnal coffee pot included in each room. The location my be alittle tricky to find however it is a very nice area and I felt very safe. The parking lot is well lite. I will defently choose the Holiday Inn again on my next visit to Somerset.
