I stayed on business during the hotel. It was absolutely brilliant. Staff were very attentive and helpful, breakfast was excellent, rooms and entire hotel was very well decorated, rooms were spacious and had everything one could want. Not only that, but room rates were great. No other 5* Sofia hotel has the prices these guys have. At the same time, it is definitely a great value for money. I recommend it to all business travellers to Bulgaria.

The reservation was made very well. This hotel is one of the best I have ever been. All employees were very efficient. I was impressed by the Service, Personnel and Fitness.

no hot water in room front desk did nothing about it and did not offer refund 5 star i dont think so

Brand new, and close to airport for our travel plans. This is a 2-2.5 star hotel at best.

Brand new, everything done with lot of wisdom and good taste. Location. No doubt that it is an excellent hotel. The location might serve those who are coming to the office park, yet its very far from the center. From this point I feel that it never happened before. To win a 5 star but near a ring road of the town and not the center.

Clean, efficient and very friendly and helpful staff. A lot further out of the city centre than I thought. Beside a new business park, but taxi to town is relatively cheap.

Service was outstanding and facilities are very secure and safe The hotel smelled of new construction but was very beautiful. The fitness center is excellent and there is shopping in the buildings adjacent. Service is fantastic, food wonderful and 24 hour room service is nice for late nights or early departures.
