Pleasant lobby, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very slow evelvators, long & dreary hallways. Small room with dirty windows, old & cheap furniture, one uncomfortable desk chair and an uncomfortable sofa. Great location, but a dreary hotel. We will not return.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Somewhat on the noisy side. We have stayed here before and feel the hotel is showing it's age but still a nice place to stay.

My 12 yr-old son & I stayed on a Sat. night. There was a wedding reception that night and the floor we were on was so noisy I couldn't sleep! They said they would comp the room for me,but I'm still waiting for that to happen. They'll not hear from me again. Next time I go to Sioux Falls, I'm staying somewhere else.

There were people yelling and partying in the hallways til 4 a.m. Hotel couldn't seem to get the situation under control (it seemed they really didn't care either) and the beds are very uncomfortable. The room was clean and the hotel large and well maintained, but I needed a good night's sleep which did not happen. I will not be staying again the next time I'm in the area.

the hotel lobby and lounge are very nice. the rooms have been renovated but still have an out of date feel. there was a wine tasting that evening,but no one seemed to know anything about it. that was disappointing

We were checked in with no problems. Quickly and efficiently. We received a free USA today paper every morning, although the free breakfast is a myth. All in all, a quality trip which helped my family enjoy their vacation.

We were at a banquet at the hotel as our granddaughter was finishing grad school. It was good to stay at the same location as the banquet. Your map got us right to the front door. I needed a copy and they gladly made one for me. Check-in was simple and quick. Everything went well. Breakfast was very good and lots of selection. The only distraction were some dishes that sat in the hall the entire time we were there. The train runs close and you do hear the whistle quite often, but probably can't be avoided.

Beautiful rooms. Location, far walk from parking to hotel lobby. The pool was really small, it was a cluster of mazes once inside the hotel trying to get from the side door, through the pool, threw a bar and then through the restaurant. Not set up very well. The parking ramp was not directly attached to the hotel, so that was inconvenient.

The Holiday Inn- City Centre Sioux Falls is a great place to stay because of the staff. Each area was covered by the most caring people. From management to housekeeping, we were well taken care of. Also, the hotel has been remodeled since we were last there and some very nice improvements have been made to the property. There were constant meetings of large groups, but the individual guest was not neglected. They even kept incoming mail for us until we arrived. We are always pleased to stay there.

The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. We slept very good. The hours for restaurants, room service, pool etc. were very accomidating. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The toilet flushed. Miniature, stuffed room, dirty, chair sunk to floor, windows dirty, no movie guide, only one end table between beds, bathroom claustrophobic, slept. I would recommend this to wedding parters, get drunk and don't worry you can not make anything look worse than it is.

Really nothing. It was a very unattractive with no amenities in the room. I was very disappointed in this hotel as a 3 star. I have been a faithful user of priceline for years and was never so disappointed until this hotel. The rooms had paperthin walls, small beds, they did not give us a room with atleast 1 queen size bed, plus they had no mini-fridge or nice amenities in the room. Very disappointed in this experience.

Plenty of free parking and easy to follow directions in the town. My dinner reservation for our group of 12 got lost, so they were not prepared for us. Because I received a good Priceline price for five rooms in this hotel, I contacted the management about setting up a family dinner in the restaurant and renting a small banquet room for an evening graduation reception. The hotel manager gave me misinformation about available options; the restaurant lost my reservation and then told me they usually aren't even open for dinner on Saturday evenings - the nght for which I had made my reservation for 12 people. Tables were hurriedly pushed together and a waitress recruited. The guest of honor's dinner was missed in the kitchen and was delivered 15 minutes after the other guests' dinners. A disppointing affair.
