The room was very clean and comfortable. Holiday Inn Express offered 5 different types of pillows and delivered the desired pillows to the room. The pool was great, and the fitness room was outstanding. It was also conveniently located, right off the highway we needed to get into Boston. There was also a restaurant at the hotel that served a great breakfast buffet in the morning and excellent meals at dinnertime.

They asked us if we wanted to switch rooms when they suspected a party room may be noisy. No food places within waking distance.

When I was at Burlington Mall, the shuttle driver let me know that he would be 20 minutes late, and then he came. Check in was perfectly fine. The key didn't work for the business room, but that was solved in a matter of minutes. Shuttle service was good. You will love the Showcase Cinemas adjacent to the hotel.

Best price in Greater Boston. Bathroom floor could've been cleaner. Highly recommend this Hotel. Bed & Bedding very comfortable. Excellent size room.

A good value in the Boston area for under $100.00. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. At first it looks like they forgot the bedspread, but they use some very thin, but warm new technology thingie. Nice shower and toiletries. No complimentary coffee in the lobby ,you have to go to the restaurant and pay. No sleep timer on the remote.Also, no place to buy a local paper on premises. Aside from those small inconveniences, it's a good place

Very nice and helpful staff and exercise room was re-done and is beautiful. Pool and exercise room are sweet. Room service is reasonable and location is convenient.

"front desk clerk was not pleasant,no smile . we asked for toiletteries for us as all our luggage was delayed.she gave us one toothbrush and soap and said she would get more.i tried calling the front desk but had no answer.she seemed to not have much personnnality that night.perhaps she was having a bad day but we we're the ones with no luggage and traveled all day. i also feel that you're restaurant opens to late in the morning as well as you 're shuttle.i have paid have the price for a room and they offered continental breakfast.makes you wonder."

I've stayed several times and although some of the rooms are pretty clean, I've had a few that were not (trash under bed, dirty bathtub). I liked the fact that it has a very nice restaurant and that they also have some somking rooms available.

Overall a good experience but there were ants in the room, including the bed. I reported it to the front desk and they seem to take it seriously.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Fitness center under rennovation This is our second stay at the Holiday Inn Select in Woburn. It is convenient and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We also attended an event at the hotel and the banquet food was surprisingly good rivaling that of hotels in downtown Boston.

Staff was helpful, recumbent bike was nice. Dirty room, phones werebroken, bathtub wasfilthy, bathroom wasdirty. Upon arriving in the room, I found fingernail clippings all over the lounge chair and ottoman and nearby floor. Bathroom, disgusting with areas under sink against wall that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. The built grime on the bathtub floor was deplorable.

I liked the location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and attractively furnished. I would stay there again. I really didn't find anything I didn't like about the hotel. I thought the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the hotel to be clean and nicely furnished. I enjoyed my stay there and plan to stay there again when I'm in the area.

The hotel restaurant, Tony Pilla's Italian Eatery, is fantastic. I had to turn the heat on to warm up the room. The Holiday Inn in Woburn is in an excellent location. The hotel restaurant has the most delicious food. I recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone who visits the area.

A nice place. They always left the air conditioning blasting, so it was freezing when you walked into the room. Asked for an additional blanket, but didn't get it.

Price much less than Boston hotels. Charges extra for local phone calls; miserable internet service. Disappointing. I have three complaints about the hotel: It charges a dollar for every local phone call, it's breakfast food is terrible, and most importantly the internet service is treacherous. In order to use the hotel internet, you must waive all right to privacy and agree that the hotel may spy on your connection and use that data for any purpose whatsoever.
