Extremely convenient location to interstate highway. Awkward entrance to property around an office building - almost illogical. Staff is very pleasant. Rooms are quiet.

We stayed in a double queen bed rm. wish we were able to choose a suite thru cheap tickets at time of booking.(there were no up grades at check in) Great location. Rooms were so-so, could have been a little cleaner and bigger. Staff was great, business center wasn't good at all, printer messed up original copy. I may stay here again only if there isn't anything else, would look at other hotels first.

Booke 3 rooms. FOUND CONDOM WRAPPER IN SHEETS. Asked Hotel and Holiday Inn corporate for compensation(mainly wanted to see how seriously they take cleanliness). They gave 1/2 night off single room night and when I questioned this was told this was very generous. I don't think this shows much commitment to cleanliness when many hotels will give you a full night refund if you just say you're unhappy with your room.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk could not find that our stay had already been paid for through an online agency. On the night of arrival there was a motorcycle gang that had a party in the hotel, they were very loud outside reving their bikes at all hours of the night and management done nothing to quite them. This, I thought was very dis respectful to the other guests in the hotel.

Great location, clean, nice size room, friendly staff. Ice machine very loud on our floor. Very nice location right off off I95. Staff very friendly. Rooms are very big and beds are very comfortable.

Great service. Location in driving direction to anywhere but not as clean as I would have like it.

The beds. No liqour in the restaurant or bar during the afternoon. Very clean and the beds have gotten rid of the nasty bed spreads. There were plenty of towels and oillows.

Clean, stylish. Lounge, drinks expensive. Great motel but one beer and one mixed drink at the lounge was 12 dollars, I think that was way too much for the average middleclass consumer, that's probably why the lounge was empty.

Very convenient and had a restaurant open fairly late. Hotel shut off all shower water at 9:30 AM with no notice. This hotel's hot water tank had a problem so, with no notice, they shut down the water (hot and cold) to the showers right when I was soaped up at 9:30 AM. I had to rinse in the sink with cold water. The manager finally agreed to give us a free night in October. The notices which were supposed to go to each room were still sitting on the counter downstairs. The manager had not give permission to the desk clerk to make any adjustments to our bill so we told her that instead of free breakfast, we would now be demanding a free room when the manager arrived. Not good management. Also very noisy air con.

Nice staff and easy to deal with. Accommodating to clients. Little dingy in some areas of the hotel but overall is fine. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spacious. The rooms lacked a refrigerator or microwave but were comfortable. Alarm clock didn't work but the room was clean enough. Gave plenty of towels and offered additional pillows (which were nice to know if I had wanted different type). Easy parking.

I liked the staff. They were very friendly. Clean rooms. It was hard to find the entrance. Had to enter from side street. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The hotel was in a central location without being right downtown. It was difficult to find the entrance. We could see the hotel from the road, but had to circle twice to find the entrance. Bigger or better signs should be posted. In all, it was a very pleasant experience.

The clerk informed us to upgrade to the executive level, I'm glad I listened. The ice machine wasn't working. No sodas in the machines. It was a 2.5 quality hotel; you can't expect any more or less than that!

The location, right off Rt 95, was ideal for us. The restaurant staff was not knowledgeable--specials advertised were not available. Great location off of Rt 95 in northern Delaware. Large room. In-hotel restaurant had extended hours - my family was able to enjoy breakfast at 6:30 AM.

Large, clean room. Tried to bill us for room. Excellent! Good food, service, very clean rooms & nice staff. Nicely decorated too.

Convenient to Aston, PA. Breakfast was only buffet, we went elsewhere because we wanted to eat small. Good. But, give a choice for breakfast. Don't only offer Buffet. All I wanted was eggs and toast, but not for 10 bucks. Instead we ate in Aston for under 10 dollars for 2 people.
