Beds were comfortable. No fan in the bathroom. Overall, the experience was not pleasant. The room guide stated that the Sunday brunch was from 11:00 AM to 2:00p.m and it was only when we went there that we found out there wasn't a Sunday Brunch. The same can be said for the daily breakfast buffet since their times were also inaccurate.

Unlike many of the hotels in the area, this one does not have an airport shuttle for Pearson. The taxi is 23 each way so be sure to plan for this.

Friendly helpful staff and nice lobby. Worn out dated room. Needs an upgrade in a big way. Rooms are not very spacious. The hair dryer is attached to the wall and has been there so long its turned yellow with age. My tub had hair in it. Not impressed with the cleanliness.

Friendly staff. Could use freshen up. Traveled here for a sporting event with a 9 and 7 yr old. Was recommended by a friend. Kids had fun with the pool and rooms were ok. Work out center could use newer equipment.

Clean - good staff - when looking to exchange some currency desk staff recommended a better place to do this than the hotel it saved me money. Seemed a little dark. Good location and clean. Good staff, food, bartender and front desk.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was not the best. Hotel is great for business travelers as well as family trips. Not the hotest spot in town but still very clean and staff is very friendly.

It looks very nice and clean. Noise. Our room overlooked the middle of the hotel and had sliding doors so you could go out and look over into the reception area and dining area of the hotel. Due to this, noise from this area travels up and into the room unless no one is in this area. It was very hard to sleep due to this and there was no water fall (or even fan in the bathroom) to mask this noise.

The pool had the perfect tempature for swimming. Nothing. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, every staff member we met went out of their way to be polite and helpful. This is the first hotel where we did not encounter one unpleasant person nor did we lack for anything. Because we visit the Brampton area on a frequent basis.

The pool was nice and bed was ok. The hotel is in need of a major reno, outdated rooms and halls. This hotel is near Bramaclea City Centre, great hotel if your shopping! The rooms are in need of a major reno, the halls too! The pool is near the lobby which is not bad. The comfort of the room isn't that great but the bed was ok. I wouldn't rate this a 3*, much like a 2.5*

Great room decor, comfy bed, 32 LCD TV. Dry room, housekeeping knocked when do not disturb was on door. This hotel is in a good location, near the freeway to Boston, has great decor and a nice tv and bed. Free internet and parking. The only thing that bothered me was the room was dry and housekeeping knocked 2x when I had Do Not Disturb sign on door, they knocked at 10:30 am, then 11:30 am and I said I'm leaving around 11:45 am.

Quick check in. Rooms are old. The area was very dark, the entrance was clean and bright, the rooms were small and old needs upgrading, pillows were flat and hard.

Nothing. Room, smell, dap air, old, messy, I felt very uncomfortable. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Never again!

Very clean hotel, freindly staff andfree internet. One elevator was working.

The lobby is huge. Unfriendly staff. The worst thing was that they would trick you to have their breakfast in the hotel. They always told customers breakfast is there without telling the customers that they have to pay 14 dollars for a not-so-good breakfast buffet.

Friendliness of the staff. Closed pool. Good for business, not for a family. The pool was closed 50% of our stay there, my daughter was very unhappy (11years old).

The central location of family, the location of the church, reception, and shopping. No cold/hot complimentary breakfast. We were late checking in, called, and maybe we annoyed your employee because of this. I found the hotel convenient to my family, Mississauga, Bolton, and Caldron. The mall was a great feature, although we did not have time to enjoy it. The room, staff, and amenities were fine. I would have liked a complimentary breakfast bar or more coffee available in the morning. The desk staff was great!

The lobby is beautiful. I stayed here the week prior paying full price and was given a wonderful room hence my 2nd stay. The public areas were very attractive. There is a nice pool although it is in the lobby area where everyone watches you swim. It was flawless and so was the service. The next week when I stayed here, I was treated like a roach on the wall. My room was cool so I requested an extra blanket-my request was turned down! They sent the maintenance guy up to crank the heat instead. It was so bad that although my bathroom at home was being renovated I left and slept at home and came back to shower and use the toilet.

It was in a central area. Smell, furniture, and bed. Smelled like smoke, furniture was outdated; bed was very low 2 ground and too springy. It was definitely not close to any other 3 star hotels I've stayed at.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room decor was tired and dated. Located centrally in Brampton near a large shopping mall. Very helpful staff with a decent restaurant. The facility was well maintained but the decor of the rooms was dated and needs some redecoration. However, the room was quiet and comfortable.

It was very clean and located close where we wanted to go. Aim a tall guy at 6"7 and the ceilings in hallway where 7ft that¿s the only thing negative a found with this hotel. Great location near all ,would recommend very clean.
