The first problem that we had during our stay was that I had called a requested a room at the end of a hall. I find it to be a bit quiter on the ends of a hall way. We were given a room where two hallways intersected so one wall was shared with a hallway and the continuous noise was very frustrating. The room had a very bad lay out. The bathroom had a locker room feel to it. The stand up shower floor was either very worn or dirty. The linens for the bed would not stay on the matress. There was no continental breakfast because there was a bar and grille attached to the hotel. It was all around a very dissapointing stay at a Holiday Inn. The kicker for me was that she girl behind the desk could not give me any kind of discount because I booked through Orbitz.

Nice pool. No free breakfast or even coffee ! Classy, nice spacious rooms, convenient for our needs, lots of great restaurants near-by, no coffee in the lobby.

I booked two rooms through an online travel website, but when I arrived I was told that even though I had 2 confirmation numbers, they would only honor one room. After a fight with the rude employees, we finally got our 2nd room. Both ""non-smoking"" rooms were so smoky that you could actually SEE the fog of smoke. Also, the hallways smelled like wet dog. Terrible experience.

The Holiday Inn Tinley Park was much larger than most. The room was well designed, comfortable and QUIET. Located in a lovely setting with ample parking. Near good restaurants and shopping.

Affordable and accommodating for single parent with kids. Traveled to area for outdoor concert. Staff at hotel were friendly and gave me ideas on where to take teens to eat and helpful on where to go. I will definitely stay here again.

After a complete let down at another local hotel, our stay was a complete treat. From the operator who helped us make last minute reservations to the staff at the front desk and restraunt. The rooms were very clean and well organized. The restraunt staff were promt and very friendly. My family and I would not hesitate to stay again.

It was clean. Did not get the room promised. My reservation was for 2 double beds. When we checked in they said they had no double beds and only a king and no rollaway beds. 3 of us had to fit in a king. This was very irritating.

The restaurant was nice, with a friendly staff. After a long ride to the hotel it took forever to check in. The room was ok, except for the musky smell in the room, front desk was extremely slow, considering there was no one else in line and we already had a reservation. Restaurant had a very friendly staff and the food was just ok.
