hotel lobby & resturant is very colorful, nicest staff, everyone very friendly, indoor pool looked nice but i would have perferred an outdoor pool...

Pool but did not use it. Lady that checked me in. Front desk lady looked down. I am on the road a lot and use Priceline everywhere I go.

Vastly outdated Hotel. Not much has changed since 1970 from decor, right down to the blood red full unit bathtub. The "non-smoking" room smelled worse than a Bingo Hall. Exterior doors which should have been locked for security after hours stayed open. "TV in Bathroom" could be featured on the antique road show. Great location, but plenty more newer and nicer hotels with competitive rates in the same area. Stay somewhere else!

This hotel was a great find for my family. The indoor pool was fun and great for avoiding sun exposure. Nicely kept older hotel. The red bathtub was charming, if a little dated. Much nicer than expected; should probably have a higher star rating.

I love that they had a pool and jacuzzi. The microwave & coffee maker were in the bathroom.

This is one of the best and friendliest hotel that we have stayed in. It was very clean and the staff made you feel at home. This is a great place to stay.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out with Tiffany (or faux Tiffany) lamps throughout the lobby and bar as well as beautiful red bathtub/shower. The pool looked very inviting; it was a nice feature that it was open 24 hours/day. I also appreciated having a nice sized refrigerator in the room. One other very nice feature was that there was use of a computer, internet and printer for guests. It came in very handy when I needed to print off Mapquest directions. My friends and I were in town for a wedding vacation and had a wonderful time.

Having an indoor pool and spa is a nice option to have on days when rain or temperature would make an outdoor area uncomfortable

Pool facilities are great, wonderful location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. House keeping was poor, one overflowing bin was not emptied and beds were not turned down properly. Overall - well maintained older hotel. Room furniture and inside finish and decor are dated. Service ranges from adequate to very good. Pool facilities are great, wonderful location. The reception area staff members were nice and friendly during check-in, except they did not explain the complimentary cold breakfast required a coupon. Two of the three mornings, the strawberries were stale. Service at other times was adequate - not great. Ice machine on floor was either not working or was always out of ice.

"If you ever come to the Panama City area and Need a place to stay, this Hotel is the place. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and very clean, it has on of the most up to date health clubs. For the Money you spend, you can't get a better deal. You deffenitly get yours money worth and more."

the hotel was nice and the pool looked great, but it was cold and it would have been better if it was heated for it to be an indoor pool. over all we liked the hotel.

Nice lobby. Hot tub wasn't heated and they wouldn't fix it. The beds weren't very comfortable, but the pillows were nice. The hot tub wasn't heated and when I told the staff they said it would be 24 hours before the water would be hot.

"Stayed here for 3 nights. It is convenient to everything. Staff is excellent, they make you feel very welcome. Clean, quiet rooms. Lots of nice extra touches. Highly recommend it."

Pool and common areas are neat. Bathrooms are small with crowded countertops. It met my expectations, the front desk personnel could and should be friendlier, and the spoke and acted more tired than the travelers. The common restroom by the pool was dirty.
