A pleasant experience. Got in late, left early

The first room I was assigned smelled like cigarettes, called front desk and someone personally came to deliver new keys and escort me to new room. Liked it all and would recommend. Well located hotel, very clean and comfortable and well set up for work and pleasure. Room service fast and good. Friendly staff and safe feel to the hotel.

We selected this hotel because it was between Niagra Falls and Toronto. It was very easy to find. You can see it right from the freeway. Very clean, quiet enough. Has a restaurant in the lobby, nice pool.

Everything. The restaurant was expensive. Very good experience, have stayed here twice and great service, clean rooms every time. Rooms are big and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to major routes.

They were very clean and attended to our needs when needed. We thought breakfast would be complimentary, it was not, not a big deal. We were not there very long but the staff was very nice and the room was very clean which are the two main things we look for. It was a nice stay.

Room set up and king bed. Would come back again and again, however would always like the room with kitchenette in it.

We loved our room. And the whole place was very clean. We hope to go again one day. The bathtub facet was leaking, and they are wanting to use less water etc. We loved the motel,and the king size bed and the room. The pillows were too small for such a huge bed,and the pillows were too soft, and my wife's neck was sore each day. The service was good and prompt and the workers were friendly and helpful. We have recommended priceline to our friends as well.

The details on the bed were very welcoming. I also appreciated the information throughout the room. The hot tub wasn't hot and the sauna wasn't hot either (at 1030 pm). Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and the staff. We will certainly come back again. I appreciated the little details that went into making the rooms look and feel comfortable. My only suggestion would be to do checks on the hot tub and sauna. Granted it was later at night and we all have to do our part in being environmentally sound so we weren't too upset.

Very friendly staff, beautiful lobby, nice room. Hotel staff very friendly and courteous. Greeted us on arriving and leaving, took our picture in front of big fireplace, maid sprayed room and hallway with a spray to erase smoke. Unfortunately it could not rid the room of smoke. However, we would use this hotel again, book early to ensure non-smoking room.

Excellent rooms, location was great. Was a little loud on my floor, but you can't pick your neighbors. This was a great hotel, excellent amenities and really good location next to the highway. If I need to, I will gladly stay there again.

The space and cleanliness. No accessible plugs near the bed for sleep machine. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were great. It was a spacious room and quiet. There was no fridge and not many accessible plugs for a sleeping machine. However, we would stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, very polite! Parking stalls were too far from entrance and no underground parking! Clean friendly service, very helpful, Called me by my name, said hello everytime we came in, making us feel welcome and asked how was our day, also helped us find good restaurant in the Area. The Manager was outstanding. Next time I visit Oakville, I will use this hotel for sure!
