Upgraded rooms. One entrance only regardless of where you had to park. Very nice except location, although location good if going to knotts.

Very nice hotel, but it was the little things that annoyed me... like, why are there multiple vending machines out of order for an entire week, or why didn't my sheets fit the bed and every time I sat on my bed the sheets popped right off because they were too small?

I stayed for 7 days at this hotel and I must say that it was a enjoyable stay. The hotel staff was warm and friendly. When I first arrived I noticed that the tub drain was draining slow. The staff took care of it right away. The location of the hotel is very good if you want to see disney & knotts berry farm and see downtown los angeles. I never had a problem with getting a spot at the pool area, always enough chairs. The hotel is connected to Red Robin restaurant which is very convienant when you need a quick bite for lunch or not able to go out for dinner. The food is good and the staff is also warm and friendly. There is also two other restaurants directly across the street. They only other thing is the cleaning staff put bottles of water in my room which I thought was just a nice amenity. I was charged for the water on my credit card after check out. Overall, for the price and location this is the best place to stay.

This hotel was close to all Los Angeles and Orange county attractions, had greay shuttle service. Staff was very helpfill and friendly.

The children ate free with adult purchase of meal. Reserved a shuttle pick up at Knotts and was left their until I called to rearrange. Overall it was good, but I have to mention I was not pleased being left at Knotts with three young children after a very tiring day.

The hotel in La Mirada was great the staff was courteous and helpfull, the bellboy helped us out with directions to where we wanted to get to. The hotel was a little tough to get to, but every bit worth it. I would suggest this hotel to anyone, it is within ten to fifteen minutes of the great places (Angel stadium and Disneyland). Anyone going that way should check it out.

WOW!! They are very FRIENDLY and HELP a lot, they provided for Deaf tech things alike travel website, Closed Caption on travel website, Flash light knock door, and alarm clock with flash light. I had ever best service from this hotel than before....... Thanks!

The hotel and hotel staff were awesome! I was there for the weekend to see a soccer game at the Home Depot Center and was really impressed with both location and cleanliness of hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a store, restaurant, pool, pretty clean & nice. Bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. I thought it was excellent place to stay, especially for the price.

This hotel is well located for most anything in the LA area and the price is excellent. I had stayed at two, much higher priced, hotels that couldnt compare to this hotel. If i ever get back to LA I will stay exclusivly at this hotel.

Spacious room, decent view for area. Difficult to find at night, only one entrance, parking was difficult to find a spot. There was no clock/radio, we didn't know what time it was nor had an alarm clock to set. The window that opened seemed a bit scary for having young children, didn't feel secure enough. Hotel was overbooked, understaffed, though this didn't effect us, I don't feel the staff should have relayed this information to me.

This Holiday Inn Select in La Mirada was a nice, quiet Hotel. Staff was very helpful. Rooms was clean, beds were nice. A better choice of Pillows would make it perfect. We enjoyed the Red Robin restaurant located downstairs. We were about 25 miles from LA so trafffic getting into the city was painful at times, but overall it was a nice location being right off the freeway.

Holiday Inn. Mirror behind the door of bathroom do you want to see yourself taking a shower. Remove the mirror in the bathroom. Clean the pool area.

This hotel is right off Interstate 5 between LA and Anahiem. The staff is very helpful and the location cannot be better.

the hotel was very clean and nice. we stayed just one day next time we come back, which we will it will be a 3 day weekend.

Room was clean and hotel was in a good area. Hallway and room had a bad odor of smoke. We ask for a non smoke room and they gave us a smoke room and when we got off the elevator, you could smell the smoke in the hallway and the room. We only stayed in the room at night, since it was unbearable to be in it.

We specific ask Orbitz a non-smoking room because we travel with a child, we get to hotel and they told us that orbitz requested a smoking room, also the front desk person say that for orbitz clients they just provided whatever is available because the rate is cheap and the people who pay full is the people who has priority and even we told the front desk person we travel with a child they did not care about and they did not do anything to help us to get a non-smoking room.
